Years ago we received a card/ad from AAA Liquor License Consulting to our business address. We didn’t have any need for such services at the time, but I kept the card. A few months passed and we had some issues with the California ABC department, so I reached out to Jason who advised me how to respond to the ABC, and soon after, our issues were resolved.After the pandemic, we decided to sell our building and close our Union Mutualista de San Jose banquet hall business, and I contacted Jason to handle the sale of our liquor license. I did not need to haggle a on the sale price, as he was well aware of the market value of our liquor license. Another member of our ownership team had contacted a different broker, and their offer was $10,000 less than what Jason had promised to get for us.So we opened escrow and the process took almost a year due to ABC’s slow pace of transacting licenses. Jason called me up when I was trying to sell my liquor license and offered me the best price for it. Other agents had tried to low ball me or would change the amount on the contract from what they had promised over the phone but Jason was straight forward and direct and was consistent through and through. We did encounter an issue part way through but even then, he was quick and ready to remedy the problem with the ABC and made sure everything was good and made whole. In the end, Jason was straight forward and honest with us and made sure we got a fair deal and Id recommend him to anyone else looking to sell their liquor license.
