Hi to everyone on this beautiful God given day..my name is Mr Erik Vita, I have a long standing policy with this AAA in La verne CA. I first want to say that this review is in know way written to influence the readers decision on any future business any readers may have with AAA, this is to simply let the public know of my personal BAD Experience I do still today hold my full coverage policy with AAA I was unfortunately in a accident on the interstate 10 freeway.on my way to work I was rear-ended and at first AAA said although we find you were not liable we can not wave your 1000 deductible because they cannot get a response back from the responsible party. Let me point out again I pay 149 a month for full coverage,,Ive been driving around with a hole in my rear end for months and they to date refuse to fix my car. The only reason I still hold my policy at first was out of good 😔 fate. Now its only a matter of finances but I soon I will turn my back on them as they have done me. God Bless.

Service is excellent! Auto Club perks are fantastic...no standing in line at DMV which makes membership worthwhile all by itself! Insurance rates are reasonable. AND you dont have to buy their insurance to get roadside assistance/towing. AAA is well worth 5 stars in my book. I would rate them 10 stars if possible!

This location is right off of Foothill Blvd in La Verne. Great location. Friendly staff and customer service. At times the wait can seem long but service is fast.Plenty of parking. Clean establishment. I love being able to take care of DMV paperwork, payments without physically having to visit DMV.Ive booked vacations through AAA and have yet to be disappointed.I recently switched from Allstate to AAA insurance and am quite pleased.I had Allstate for over 30+ years and only experienced increased rates after increased rates with absolutely no personal details or service.I have an excellent driving record.Switching to AAA has not only saved me money immediately, but I have since received to rebate checks!I am pleased with AAA.

We usually like to come to this AAA office because its the closest one near home and not always busy. This morning, I walked into this quiet office hoping to get some maps for our trip in May. The young lady at the front desk checked me in and asked me to wait for somebody to help with the maps. After waiting for 10 minutes, no help was available and there was only one other person waiting for the insurance assistance. Asked how long I have to wait, she said she cant get away from the counter and I have to wait for whoever will come back to help. All this time she was on her computer doing God knows what. After 15 minutes wait, I decided it was long enough for me to leave. Drove to Glendora AAA and was given maps immediately amidst a roomful of customers. Shape up La Verne!

If youre a member theres lots of perksYou can update your registration.You can get travel deals. Get photos for your passport. The people are friendly and very helpful.With the Covid issues you must check in at the front door but its still in business.I dont know if theres days that are very busy,I was fortunate to go in and get help fast. I changed my membershipGot travel advise. And it only took me thirty minutes.

My family my friends pretty much everybody I know is with AAA. Me now being a member, I cant tell you how happy I am🤗 I was taking care of ..given the best honest rate and now I really do feel safe in my vehicle which is the best feeling. Laverne branch is not hectic, its clean and kept up and trust me you want to ask for Renee shes really great, answers your questions, listens to you, and makes sure that all is taken care of before you hang up that phone. So yes La Verne Branch AAA Im very happy with.

2 stars only because the tow truck operator was awesome. But getting him out to my vehicle was a nightmare. I just needed a tow of a mile and it took AAA 3.5 hours to get me that tow even though it was mid day. No updates, as I had to call them every 45 minutes to figure out what was going on and no texts even though I requested them. AAA has gone downhill in the past couple of years. Sure the operators are friendly, but something is really off with their internal infrastructure. 3.5 hours is not acceptable.

If you saw a premium refund on their so cal website. Its false info. The check wont be back to you. It will go to your policy.. at this point EVERY INSURANCE COMPANY IS SHADY. Any way to keep money within the company. Staff claims its PROTOCOL. More like keeping money in their pockets. In the 1930s the law to make everyone have insurance in the United States started with good intent now its a monopoly for them. Start paying for cost repairs on your own and every possible way for all insurance companies not make money take advantage of you. #Pushback

AAA is loosing face rapidly with my family. I actually just switched insurance because I was paying double what I am paying now. My senior-mom has been treated rudely the last 2 times she has needed assistance, and no one in the office is friendly any longer. I will keep my membership because there are good parts to it, but their customer service seems to have tanked.

The annual membership is worth every penny simply for the convenience of DMV services compared to the DMV itself. Discounts on entertainment tickets can help offset the cost of the membership. Im a longtime member. Its not hard to set aside $10 a month to pay the membership annually.

This location is a great one stop shop for your travel and vehicle needs. I walked in and renewed my membership and then was handed off to the dmv side of the building. Overall the personnel are kind, knowledgeable and professional.When going to the DMV for tasks usually involves minimum a 30 to 60 minute wait, the helpful folks at the AAA were able to get me in and out in an hour or less.For this I give a 5 star Triple A rating.The main website does lack in easy navigation for simple I formation but that is a task for the Web design team.

Im not one to give bad reviews or cause a scene... but in this case I feel I have to. I’ve been a member for 4 yrs and this Laverne dmv staff member was rude and condescending!! I needed to get a permanent disabled placard for my mom. I got the application filled and signed by her doctor, and the front desk lady was nice and looked at the application asked if I had my moms ID, which I did and she said great no problem have a seat and they will call you and get you set up.Well the rude and unprofessional lady that handles dmv services calls me and looked at the application and asked for my moms ID. She looked at it and asked for my membership card and asked if my mom was a member I said no. She said well we can’t process the application unless she’s a member!! She also said that I have to be the legal caretaker of my mom in order to hand in the application, she asked me, are you the legal caretaker? I said, yes.She continued to say, well anyway we can’t take this application cause your mother isn’t a AAA member !!!!WTH!!!!! I just walk out and drove to the upland AAA office and I was treated respectfully and they processed my mom disabled placard application and gave me the placard!I will never go to the la verne AAA again!!In fact I’m gonna go tomorrow and get that lady’s name and file a complaint!!If I could give it 0 stars I would!

State farm is more better I will be switching to them.. Sad thing about this. I just started with them and already experiencing this.. Every agent gave me a run around for a hr.

As general rule, the quality of customer service at AAA locations is not as good as when you reach them by phone. This particular location in La Verne is the worst. I live close to this office and through the years have gone there two or three times a year. Each time, I feel something is wrong with this people. They are arrogant, incompetent, inefficient, and insensitive. If there were an option to score them below 1 star, I would have!

Visited this location 3-times to register a Nevada vehicle that I recently acquired. All 3-times new issues would arise. Each time, I took care or acquired whatever documentation they asked for. On the 3rd visit, after having all documents in order, rep Christina states, You need to get this vehicle inspected at a DMV!Why didnt they mention this on my 1st visit or 2nd visit? On 1st visit I dealt with a Michael/Mike and a supervisor.Finally, their computer system is not capable of finishing certain paperwork. I was sent to the Glendora offices to continue with my long journey of not registering this vehicle.

I had Mercury prior to AAA and due to lower cost I changed agency. When calling Mercury I could always get a hold of my agent and discuss needs, issues or get a response via email very quickly! I have not had the same customer service since I switch to AAA. All you get is a computerized system that will transfer you but you cannot get to a live person! If I send an email/ phone message I will maybe get a response in same day or NOT! IF I call my agent on either office phone or cell I cannot get a response even if I leave a message! I have 3 cars and 2 houses insured under AAA. I am trying to add another car and cannot get it done. If I still had Mercury it would have been a simple call and DONE!!!!Lower cost does not mean better!!!!!

A helpful place to plan trips. Just dont let them talk you into going with Trafalgar, overpriced for what you get and Trafalgar tricks you into spending on a lot of extras, that you thought should have been part of the package you paid for. AAA is a great place to transfer a title on a car or truck. But watch out, their insurance is over priced.

AAA in LaVerne is topnotch when I have gone to the facility. A phone call placed to AAA in La Verne proved to be as satisfying.I needed complex info regarding a travel trailer. The former owner never registered the new ownership with the DMV; therefore the person from whom I purchased the trailer had not legal right to do so.The woman to whom I was transferred, in the registration dept, sorted out all the info I spewed semi-hysterically at her, and guided me patiently through the steps I needed to take to gain legal title of my trailer.When i understood the position i found myself, i made an appt. to go to the facility. I was able to meet with the same person as i spoke with on the phone!AAA rocks in person and on the phone.

When a staff menmber or 2 believes that a public notary is needed to verify the legitimacy of documents or payments read dmw instruction just below the notary use only area dont offer a service that you dont truly offer. A notary is just a certified witness that a person with the correct id signed and thumb print in case of audit and not to determine any judgment upon the documents signed.
