Hi to everyone on this beautiful God given day..my name is Mr Erik Vita, I have a long standing policy with this AAA in La verne CA. I first want to say that this review is in know way written to influence the readers decision on any future business any readers may have with AAA, this is to simply let the public know of my personal BAD Experience I do still today hold my full coverage policy with AAA I was unfortunately in a accident on the interstate 10 freeway.on my way to work I was rear-ended and at first AAA said although we find you were not liable we can not wave your 1000 deductible because they cannot get a response back from the responsible party. Let me point out again I pay 149 a month for full coverage,,Ive been driving around with a hole in my rear end for months and they to date refuse to fix my car. The only reason I still hold my policy at first was out of good 😔 fate. Now its only a matter of finances but I soon I will turn my back on them as they have done me. God Bless.

Service is excellent! Auto Club perks are fantastic...no standing in line at DMV which makes membership worthwhile all by itself! Insurance rates are reasonable. AND you dont have to buy their insurance to get roadside assistance/towing. AAA is well worth 5 stars in my book. I would rate them 10 stars if possible!

This location is right off of Foothill Blvd in La Verne. Great location. Friendly staff and customer service. At times the wait can seem long but service is fast.Plenty of parking. Clean establishment. I love being able to take care of DMV paperwork, payments without physically having to visit DMV.Ive booked vacations through AAA and have yet to be disappointed.I recently switched from Allstate to AAA insurance and am quite pleased.I had Allstate for over 30+ years and only experienced increased rates after increased rates with absolutely no personal details or service.I have an excellent driving record.Switching to AAA has not only saved me money immediately, but I have since received to rebate checks!I am pleased with AAA.

We usually like to come to this AAA office because its the closest one near home and not always busy. This morning, I walked into this quiet office hoping to get some maps for our trip in May. The young lady at the front desk checked me in and asked me to wait for somebody to help with the maps. After waiting for 10 minutes, no help was available and there was only one other person waiting for the insurance assistance. Asked how long I have to wait, she said she cant get away from the counter and I have to wait for whoever will come back to help. All this time she was on her computer doing God knows what. After 15 minutes wait, I decided it was long enough for me to leave. Drove to Glendora AAA and was given maps immediately amidst a roomful of customers. Shape up La Verne!

If youre a member theres lots of perksYou can update your registration.You can get travel deals. Get photos for your passport. The people are friendly and very helpful.With the Covid issues you must check in at the front door but its still in business.I dont know if theres days that are very busy,I was fortunate to go in and get help fast. I changed my membershipGot travel advise. And it only took me thirty minutes.

My family my friends pretty much everybody I know is with AAA. Me now being a member, I cant tell you how happy I am🤗 I was taking care of ..given the best honest rate and now I really do feel safe in my vehicle which is the best feeling. Laverne branch is not hectic, its clean and kept up and trust me you want to ask for Renee shes really great, answers your questions, listens to you, and makes sure that all is taken care of before you hang up that phone. So yes La Verne Branch AAA Im very happy with.

2 stars only because the tow truck operator was awesome. But getting him out to my vehicle was a nightmare. I just needed a tow of a mile and it took AAA 3.5 hours to get me that tow even though it was mid day. No updates, as I had to call them every 45 minutes to figure out what was going on and no texts even though I requested them. AAA has gone downhill in the past couple of years. Sure the operators are friendly, but something is really off with their internal infrastructure. 3.5 hours is not acceptable.
