This location is near the 210 overpass. They accept walk-ins. They can perform DMV title tags and registration among their normal offerings for AAA members. There is sufficient parking. The service is welcoming and pricing is standard.

On 3/22/2024 I went into the Glendora Auto Club to buy my new tags. The person at the counter told me because my registration expires in June of 2024 I could not purchase the tags and to call back in one week. So a week later I call back to the Glendora office and the call is answered by a Insurance Sales Rep in the Burbank Office. She tells me that she did not know when the tags will be available because she only sells insurance and said the DMV could help me and wanted to transfer my call. I asked why would my first call go to Burbank when I called the Glendora Office. I was transferred to the DMV and tried a couple times and no live persons answering the phones at the DMV GOATROPE!

Been coming to this location, along with La Verne, for 5+ years now. Though the Gen Mgr here in Glendora seems not to be tolerant of Service Dogs that come in from time to time, the rest of the staff appear to be very courteous and friendly. Extremely disappointed with their service this time around. Never have I had an issue with them always attentive and nice. However this time around my mother and I had a very unpleasant visit with JESUS, he was supposed to ensure our new vehicle and report it to DMV and did not do that! Registration on my vehicle was terminated and when asking him about it he was so nasty, rude and arrogant! When asking him questions while at his desk, he simply sat there staring at his computer ignoring my concerns. I’ve never felt so belittled. This man made me feel so uncomfortable!

Least friendly experience I have had with AAA yet.I just dropped over $1500 at this office and the transaction was dealt with like I was Paying a DUI fine at a courthouse.I wonder if AAA realise that we are choosing them as our insurance company, and that its not mandatory that we get our insurance there?I certainly will not be back to this branch

I’ve been a premium member for YEARS, I walk in and a Caucasian lady asked to see my membership so give it to her . I asked to pay for my registration and she said you need to be the owner of the vehicle. I told her “i am” then she continued to ask how I am paying and I told her with my card, she saw my discover and told me that they only accept cash, visa or Mastercard. I had just ordered a replacement MC bc i had misplaced it So I just walked out. Felt really judged and talked down to. First negative encounter here, ever.

I have been a member for 5 years and have always been treated with the same respect and professionalism as everyone else. Could it be that due to the fact I came in a dirty clothes due to working on my house and car all morning I am not sure but I will let you decide. On Tuesday morning I went into this AAA to seek out a travel agent and an older Caucasian woman was behind me as I was approaching the door so I held the door open for her, as we both got inside this disrespectful AAA team member at check in YANI asked the woman what she was in for and after seeing that it was for DMV services she just let her through. The woman stated “I haven’t showed you my membership card” and YANI replied “it’s okay we don’t need it.” After the woman was told where to go I was next and YANI stopped me asking what I was coming in for and requested in a demeanor so unprofessional I was shocked. Not sure if it was a racial profiling or what but I was just shocked and what was more shocking is that she never actually put me on the waiting list to see a travel agent after waiting for about 20 mins I went and spoke to another check in rep and she stated & confirmed I was never on the queue. Now take in mind I have had multiple interactions with YANI so this was just hard to believe. Overall I give this last Interaction with YANI an F for failing to properly review all individual there are actual AAA members so then what’s the point of having to pay for a membership and for not doing her job properly in making sure members who are there for AAA needs get seen by the proper AAA team member.

AAA used to he convient place to get you car registration tags but now you cant pay with your bank card. They only take cash or credit card. Really sucked to be turned away just because I cant use my bank card and told me to go the bank and get cash. No thanks. Ill just go back to mailing and wont have AAA waste anymore of my time and gas. Thanks AAA for your inconvenience

I went to the AAA on Grand today. I was in the neighborhood. I had to pay my car insurance. I opened the door and was surprised by having 5 people greet and serve me. I joked about having great service with everyone catering to me. AAA just opened up (9 a.m.).I was directed to see Vince. I informed Vince I am not sure exactly what is my amount because I received 2 different amounts. Vince had to call his supervisor over to see what was happening.His supervisor informed me why there was a different amounts. The amount was even cheaper than what I wrote. I will be getting a refund for the overage.I mentioned to them I never received the Mileage Statement and was told they never mailed them out because of the pandemic. This explains why I never received the document.Both Vince and his supervisor was very friendly, courteous and helpful.I would recommend this triple AAA if you are in the neighborhood.

Being a AAA member, I especially appreciate the ability to skip the DMV Lines to get basic services from this company instead. Best service in the West!! Their DMV services are superior. No waiting in line, the AAA employee that helped us was excellent. He was friendly and outspoken. He showed us in our transaction how we saved money! He was thorough and efficient. Everything I needed done he handled...I was gifted a vehicle that needed new plates and transfer ownership, All done! I walked away with the new registration in my name, new Title on its way and new license plates with the tags (already paid for), and no smog certificate needed. Total price paid $36.00! I went into the Glendora Location on 3/18/21I had never been a customer before but I will be from now on, I walked into the location was greeted by a very Sweet and helpful Employee I believe her name is Kelly. I had a terrible time trying to contact the DMV or trying to get them on the phone for over a week about not receiving my Registration and tags that I paid for back in February. She took the time to give me some options she explained the cost and benefits of becoming a AAA member and walked me over to another amazing employee Named Gabby if I’m not mistaken she helped me to fix an issue that the DMV said they couldn’t fix within 3 seconds, she sent me right over to Eddie and he set up my new account and went over a few things as well I was also allowed to add my Mom onto my new account for FREE. I have never been treated so wonderfully in my entire life. The whole interaction took less that 10 minutes I got my registration card and tags and went on my way. Oh and not to mention this was all right before closing as well, this place of business knows how to treat people right! I will never forget this experience and I highly recommend becoming a member. I have been a member of the auto club for 40+ years and been to this location many times since it moved from North Glendora. Overall, the auto club has always been worth the membership. My only negative observation is that the wait has increased and the customer service has decreased. Its slowly become a nicer version of the DMV.

Ive been a Roadside member 4+decades, since HS, Im covered on both 4 as well as 2 wheels. Help usually arrives earlier than estimated. Its ran tight and efficient which is always so welcome particularly when youre in a less than ideal situation.On the flipside Ive tried AAA Insurance twice, thinking possibly the 1st time was just a fluke specifically because the Roadsides been So efficient. The comparison is par to 007 running the Roadside while the Keystone Kops &or 3 Stooges run the Insurance side. Hard to believe.....

If youre ever in the area and need to speak to a travel representative, you MUST come by and see Odette. She is a riot. She had me crackin up. If youre an Auto Club member you can have your car registration done here. They can even give you an extension on your registration if your car didnt pass Smog. Its easier, faster and way more convenient than having to go to DMV and wait in long lines for hours! AAA, youre the best! Thank you!

Greeter at the door was professional and polite, she was focused on getting one attended immediately. As she walked me to a DMV customer service register. We walk by two employees that were chatting and she politely told one to assist me. The one that assisted me was very unprofessional not even a good morning reply to my courtesy. As I handed her my dmv trasfer, I notice something missing and I asked to borrow a pen. In which she threw on the counter. Rudely said I couldnt do the transfer with them. I lost my coolness so then I raised my voice explained Ive been here 3 days in a row getting whats request on the previous days. To the point of her critizing one of the forms her co-worker filled out incorrectly. But, never corrected nor marked the form and processed to complete my transfer.*guess her conversation with co-worker was much more important than working. Be blessed you have a job!!!

I went to Glendora location little after 3 pm to make my annual membership payment. The receptionist was a 5 star representative. She guided me to the representatives to her right that handle payments (specifically the young lady in green sweater) as I approached her I interrupted her and other co-workers conversation about ‘They hate when that happens etc’She quickly tells me to get in line and someone will help me shortly (note no one in line and none of them had clients at their desk).I kindly oblige and the receptionist obviously heard everything, she called me back to her front desk and serviced my needs immediately with a kind professional attitude😊 We need more Service people like her!! Hats off to her i only wished I jotted her name down!! 5 stars for her!!

Inquired (or tried to) about insurance for a motorcycle ride to the tip of Baja for 4 days. Insurance sent me to travel who sent me back to insurance who never called me back. Went elsewhere. Go to Baja Bound Mexican Insurance. Fast and easy online. Had a similar problem when I tried to insure a second home. Not very responsive. Wound up with home and auto at state farm.

Plenty of parking in the morning when I went. I have only been here 2-3 times and it was only to make a payment. I stood in line and waited to speak to the clerk only to be directed to the payment counter. I asked the payment clerk if I need to stand in the general line if Im making a payment and he said no to come straight to his counter. So for those of you just making a payment, you can save time by avoiding the general line.

Just a typical AAA with at least one woman youll always see. Her curly hair changes colors quite often. And yes, they can help you without those cheap cards they give you now.Besides this, the place is an average AAA. They do everything for you that the DMV would. Except anything to do with IDs apparently. Handicap placards can be picked up here, car registrations, fees, you name it. They also try to get you into AAA insurance at least once while youre inside. They also have a bookshelf where they sell travel books and maps.It used to be a lot quicker honestly. Lately every time I go Ive had to wait an excessive amount of time. Now theres a bunch of chairs sitting on the left hand side as you walk in. The chairs on the right have been removed.

Be forewarned when you call and make inquiries you will 90% of the time be given false information just to make your way into this particular branch. I gave a 1 star because there is not a minus or 0 star which this company deserves, Stay away from AAA for both your Auto and Home insurance needs unless you like to be take advantage off,We were given an auto quote that was not accurate it was changed after the 2nd month of the policy, I have been driving for more than 22+ years and never have I received a quote that had been incorrect or inaccurate, the Home insurance policy quote also was false and also increased after aprox 2-3 months after purchase, the only explanation I received was that I Lived in a custom home when in fact my home is built in a trac of about 500+ homes built the same way, the dwelling was increased by 700,000+ when every other insurance company had a dwelling of no more than 400-500 thousand, totalling to a more than double in anual cost, I cannot wait until my year is up for my auto insurance so I can switch to a more responsible and fair company, I made a huge mistake in switching to this insurance company if you value your money and insanity please learn from my mistake and stay away, maybe other individuals have had better luck and I wish you well, but me and my family we were not that lucky.

Very poor service!My Mother and I went in to take her deceased husbands name off of their account. He died in September. I came from out of state, and we went to the Glendora, CA office, on Grand, on December 19th to report the change.I called in January to report my Mothers new address, and explained again about her husbands death, and a refund should be made out in my Mothers name. I had to ask for the refund, they werent offering that service, either. The check arrived in the name of my Mothers deceased husband. It did have her correct new address on it. I called regarding the check made out to a dead man. They had plenty of legal excuses, why they cant put my Mothers name on the check. They have no record that I came in, in person, to the Glendora office. The service was terrible too. Quite a wait. We talked to 2 different people there. We basically wasted our time. Even though my Moms name is on the account, they say legally they can NOT issue my Mother the refund. Yet, they CAN charge her a yearly fee to have her name on the account. They dont seem to understand customer service.

Only insurance company who cant release a binder for a dealer, even when the customer added the vehicle previously. Mary(the representative) and edan(the surpervisor) from the corporate office were extremely unhelpful from the beginning of the conversation. If this is what happens just to obtain proof of insurance then i cant imagine if you have to file a claim. Look elsewhere for coverage

No customer service nobody wants to help you main reason short of staff at the same time you see circles of staff unexperienced not being able to answer a simple question because they have to ask another person and eventually a manager and it happens too many times there to be one incident very disappointed but they have the market theyre the only electronic place specifically only electronics
