This place is awesome. I needed a small tiny screw for my SSD installation and they were kind enough to let me look through their collection of many screws! I was unable to find the screw I needed however it was really nice that they were so generous. I went back again when I needed 5 screws to install a laptop battery and this time they went to the back and found the 5 screws that fit perfectly! I left a $5 tip and this review to share my awesome experience with these kind people.

A1A was recommended to me as the only place that would have the ability to look at a 2012 laptop in 2023. Im glad I went to A1A because they restored everything from my 2012 laptop and put it on the new one. Even my bookmarked websites and downloads were intact. The price was a bit below what I was anticipating, and worth every penny. Im so grateful.

These guys neatly and efficiently fixed my Lenovo Yogas broken charging port. Total service took about a week, but that was because they had just ran out of their last replacement part for my laptop. If I had found these guys earlier, my laptop would have been repaired in probably a day! Pretty amazing. I chatted with them twice, once about my laptop, and another time for potential hardware problems with my touchpad. They were kind enough to help me investigate the issue (after hours of trying it out on my own). Theyre knowledgeable, savvy, and genuinely helpful. Highly recommend them!

Saved My Life (or at least my sanity)! I have a wonderful, but older, Mac Pro Tower, and the graphics card had a meltdown. Its not that easy to find parts from 2008, but someone suggested that I call Art at A1A, and his answer was, no problem. I went in to the shop and he pulled out an immaculate, bubble wrapped exact replacement. A 9 year old part and it looked nearly brand new. I was thrilled. Hes a great guy and he gave me a great price. And best of all, after installation, my monitors have returned to their former glory. This is a wonderful business, run by a guy who cares. Highly Recommended!

Art was really great! Super professional, office was organized and comfy chairs to sit in while you wait and he offered a cold beverage right away! Most importantly, he was so knowledgeable that by just a couple pictures and questions via text, he was able to quote a price for what he would give me for my 2 broken laptops (he even came up a little after I sent my original receipt). When I got to his place, he took them to the back, had them checked out, brought me the cash and it was over! Great guy, great company and the guy in the back even came out and said goodbye when I left❤️ Super easy and pleasant transaction and now I don’t have these laptops staring at me for no reason anymore lol.

I have a 2013 Macbook Pro. The battery began swelling and warping the computer. Apple and official repair centers would not take it in due to its age. A1A replaced the battery in 1 day at a reasonable price. They also fixed the frame damage and cleaned it up for me. True Mac experts.

These guys are great. My old as the hills Mac G-5 tower had a bad video card. Several places wanted the computer for days and were not willing to just pop in a new video card. I was also told that it would take several days to get the part and if I wanted it fast I would need to pay a rush fee......you know the rap. Arturo is the real deal, a guy at another shop took pity on me and pointed me in his direction, my lucky day. He had the part, he had the time and within an hour I was on my way home with my fully repaired computer. This is how the world is supposed to work. Arturo has made a customer for life.

This company is great! Art and his team are experts, friendly and prompt! My family and I have used them for many years and we wouldn’t go anywhere else. I have bought several used macs from them and the price is always right. Their service is impeccable and they care. Become a loyal customer, it’s priceless!

I have a fairly new iPad; dropped with power cord still in. Part of the connector broke off inside. Apple technicians tried to fix and said needed a new iPad. I took to an iPhone/iPad specialty repair shop — same story. So I tried A1A, who had upgraded my MacBook Pro for me. 20 minutes and $30 later it was completely fixed and I am a very happy camper. Highly recommend. (Also, really nice folks).

A1A has been a life-saver! My MacBook was under repair for over two weeks (bad multiple logic boards) at another place and I needed a laptop to work meanwhile. I rented a MacBook from Art for two weeks and it worked great! Art was also super helpful and courteous during the entire interaction. Highly recommend them..
