Following one of the recent storms, we had major flooding and water damage in our social hall. Harel and the team at A1 Pro Cleaning responded quickly and effectively. They had the water removed and the carpet treated for mildew in a few hours. And they did it for a very reasonable price. We were extremely pleased with A1s service and would highly recommend them.

Absolutely incredible how clean our rug was returned. The first quality that I appreciated was when A1 came in they took one look and explained that the tool they had wouldnt do justice. They could have easily just cleaned it that day and been done- but instead knew the maker and the specific site it needed to be taken for an effective job to be done.They offered me both options of course, and naturally I selected the second. They picked it up, without 48 hours I received a text message it was ready and now needed to be scheduled to returned.It looked brand new, the whole process effortless and more importantly, they took the time to place our rug in the exact same location, under our very heavy and cumbersome bed. From the initial messaging regarding pricing, scheduling etc Harel was nothing short of GREAT. He replied quickly, friendly/great attitude, and showed up today with his assistant Luis to do the job. They did such a good job! This unit has been rented and vacant for very long with lots off accumulated dust, hair, and water damage that went into the carpets etc. They really exceeded my expecations of what could be done with these old ORIGINAL carpets from 30+ years ago.They also cleaned the couch which has been used for at least 10 years; it looks & smells brand new!I highly recommend and will definitely be using the company again for my next property.

Do you need someone to clean carpet? I would HIGHLY recommend A1 Pro Cleaning! They accommodated me last minute and even came early morning for an early bird like me. I barely know anything about carpets other than I know our carpet is handmade moroccan carpet which is very delicate. He recommended what needs to be done and after care instructions as well since you know you’re already spending money to have it cleaned might as well take care of it. Harel was amazing start to finish! I originally found him on Yelp and reached out to him and a handful of other businesses. I ended up picking him for his good reviews, his timely answers, and before/after pics posted. He definitely lived up to all of it! He quoted me a flat rate and stuck to it. THERE ARE NO HIDDEN FEES! I asked him for carpet cleaning for my 2 bedroom apartment. He showed up early and he and his colleague went straight to work. He helped me move my furniture and was kind the whole time. Very professional as well. I was SHOCKED at how amazing my carpets looked after they were all done and it only took about an hour. My carpets look brand new and he also did a couple of my area rugs which i was super thankful for! I am very impressed, definitely recommend, and will be calling him again for sure!!

A1 Pro Cleaning did an incredible job cleaning our carpets. We had a few rooms with deep stains I didn’t think would come out. Not only did he remove the stains, but added odor reducers so it would smell great. The owner is a gem, fit me in as soon as possible and never tried to upsell me like the competition. I hold a high standard to service and this company went above and beyond. Harel the business owner was simply delightful. From the moment I reached out, the response time was fantastic and quick. Everything he said he was going to do as far as when he called, when he replied, when he would confirm …was on point. it was also wonderful to see that he worked with his son and it was a family business that was going to be passed on and those are the type of companies you don’t see very often. He also came with an extra employee so three men were doing the job. They were quick and efficient. We have a custom-made very expensive antique sofa that we weren’t able to trust with just anyone. With his 25 years of experience, he knew exactly what the sofa was when he walked in without even lifting the cushions. We had six heavy, large dining chairs, two wing back chairs, a settee and we’re definitely bringing him back for more items in our office building. We already have a few people that want to use them and we’re definitely going to refer them. The job was done very quickly. The results were fantastic. They cleaned up all their belongings and left the place spotless and also the owner was very witty and funny and entertained us. It was just a pleasure all around. Amazing experience with A1 Pro Cleaning! I needed a cleaning done asap and they were able to get it done the same day in a couple of hours. I had a tenant that unlawfully smoked cigarettes inside the unit and the smell wouldn’t go away. A1 Pro successfully removed the smoke smell from my sofa & rug. When I reached out to Harel to get pricing he was very responsive. He gave me a time frame of 9-11am for arrival, I received a courtesy call that he was 30 minutes out. He walked the areas I wanted cleaned, and was patient with all of my 101 questions. He completed the rooms, closets, and rugs within an hour of his arrival. A1 charged a fair price and had two people come on time and work hard to clean the rugs efficiently. The owner was a very nice guy as well. 2nd time using this company to clean the carpeting in my hallway and 3 bedrooms and will definitely use them again. My senior dog has accidents so Im always looking to get the carpet cleaned in the area he sleeps to avoid odors in the house. I have tried grocery store machines and other carpet cleaning companies but never satisfied with the look of the carpet afterwards or the smell. A1 Pro Clean Carpet comes on time, dog friendly and gets the job done! The black spots are gone and my carpet is back to looking presentable. Stop looking and shopping around! Harel is the man you have been looking for! I recently obtained a 9x12 wool rug from a friend that needed to be deshedded and cleaned. I started looking around and started a Yelp Project. Harel was the first to answer and was very responsive and communicative about the pricing and what he could do for me.He came to check it out just a couple days later and we decided together that he would take this one to the warehouse as it needed a bit more TLC. I asked him about pricing for cleaning my Persian living room rug and he gave me a great deal as he was already doing the wool rug. He quoted me 7-10 business days but delivered the rugs just 5 days later.The best part is that upon delivery, he helped me move basically all of my bedroom furniture to get the rug settled in its new home. It was a massive job as the rug is essentially the same size as my room and he did it with a smile. He went seriously above and beyond and I couldnt be more grateful.My Persian rug also came out beautifully and the colors are more vibrant than they have been in a LONG TIME.I am over the moon happy my new bedroom rug, my now clean and brilliant favorite rug, as well as his professionalism, quality of service, and pricing/service times.Thank you Harel & Luis! A friend of mine recommended A1 after getting her couch cleaned and we are so glad we used them. I don’t think any of us realized how dirty the couch was until it was being cleaned. It went from grey back to its original cream color and every spot and stain was removed. Harel knows what he’s doing and made sure to clean, sanitize, and protect every inch of the couch. Absolutely amazing! I was looking for a good carpet steam/cleaning for my 3 bedroom apartment after my roommate moved out (with a dog who shed a lot for years). Harel replied with a very reasonable quote and was very responsive with all my questions. Today he came with one of his employees and after taking a look at the carpet, he recommended a deep clean instead of the basic one. A1 Pro Cleaning was very easy to schedule and communication was prompt and professional. Had to reschedule twice because painters delayed and they closed street access for asphalt reslurry. Rescheduling was not an issue. Harel was understanding and courteous. I live in an old house with VERY thick carpets and the people who lived here previously smoked a lot, so the carpets and vinyl floors needed a really deep clean and sanitizing. A1 gave me a great quote and were able to come by 2 days after I contacted them. After taking a look at the project they realized the standard cleaning they were planning on wouldnt be good enough and theyd need to spend more time and resources on this job than expected, but they gave me a great deal and they were in and out in about an hour and a half. The carpet and vinyl floors look, and smell, fantastic. Really happy I went with A1!

Mold was found in my apartment and the next morning I called Harel. He and his team were able to come out the same day and sanitized all of my furniture, mattress, and rugs that I moved into my new unit. I hired A1 pro clean to clean the carpets of two bedrooms after moving out of our rental. Our kids room had a slime stain from 3 years ago that I thought wouldnt come out. They were actually able to get it out and you cannot even tell it was there in the first place! Super impressed.Their original quote was very reasonable but had to add only a small additional amount to take care of that stain, as well as a few others in our master bedroom. They even hooked it up and cleaned a rug for us without charging any extra!They were super responsive and communicative throughout the whole process and I was able to book in super short notice. I definitely would recommend this company if you are looking for quality carpet cleaning without breaking the bank.Extra perk, it smelled great after they finished and did not leave a chemical smell in our place which I appreciate.

Needed to book a carpet cleaning asap for my move. A1 was quick to respond and booked me on their calendar. They even accommodated me when I had a last-minute schedule conflict.Harel came by and gave us a quote on what he recommended. Although it was more than what was expected, he made sure I understood why his recommendations would best suit our carpet because certain carpets required a specific type of cleaning to get the best results.We had a 1000 sq ft apartment with pets and the price was reasonable! I found A1 cleaning efficient, responsive, informative, and, most importantly, competent. We had two couches and five area rugs cleaned, which included a wool rug. They were knowledgeable about the different materials and how to clean them accordingly. The Scotchguarding of the couches saved me time and money because I used to do that myself. Harel did an amazing job with my couches. They truly look brand new. He was able to get a huge stain out of one of the cushions which is amazing. I was also impressed with the amount of time it took, I used a different company last time that took 4 hours and didnt get the stains out. Harel did an amazing job in about an hour and a half!

This company was a lifesaver! Needed my couches and my 9x12 area rug cleaned last minute. They were so helpful, worked with my schedule, and my budget! The results were phenomenal! A1 is the best company Ive ever used for carpet/rug cleaning! I have a few dogs, and theyre potty trained, but lets just say, one of them got into something, and a major accident happened on my (very expensive) Moroccan rug. I immediately jumped onto Yelp and Google looking for companies to come and pick my rug up to clean it. I sent a few inquiries through Yelp around 7pm on a Thursday night. Harel responded almost immediately, I sent him pictures of the accident and the rug dimensions. He said because of the type of rug, and its size, it needed to be done at their facility. He came to pick the rug up at 7:30am the next morning and told me it would probably be about a week after accessing the damages. I got a call Tuesday morning and he told me it was ready to be dropped off! Harel came and dropped the rug off and inspected it with me and it looked brand new! He was so friendly and kept me updated with everything. I cant say enough great things!

I recently moved into a new home (with carpet) and I asked my successful real estate agent friend for a referral for non-toxic carpet cleaning and he referred me to Ace A-1 Pro Cleaning without any hesitation. They cleaned two large rugs and two runners of mine. After the cleaning, they became noticeably much brighter in color and cleaner. Prior to booking an appointment with them, I had shopped around with ~8 other companies, but went with them in the end because of the competitive price and many positive reviews. I hired A1 Pro Clean to clean a used couch I bought with the strong scent of wet dog slowly destroying my soul. I got quotes for 5+ other cleaners, and some were 2 - 3x the cost. I went with Harel, not because he was the cheapest, but because he was the most prompt and clear communicator and had great reviews.He arrived close to the promised time window, though a little behind because of traffic. Upon arrival, I asked if he would also clean my area rug, which he agreed to for a good deal. It only took his employee about 40 minutes to clean my couch and rug, which seemed too quick, but I dont know the ins and outs of upholstery cleaning, so I cant say.He said it would take a few hours to dry, but it took about 36 hours before it was usable again, which would have been good to know, especially if we had been expecting company. Unfortunately, the same dog scent returned a few days after the chemical smell wore off. I let Harel know, and he instantly called me and came over the following day to spray enzymes.So far, it smells a lot better, and overall Im impressed by Harels dedication to providing a high-quality service.

Harel was so incredibly efficient, friendly and straight to the point. I got so many estimates that were much higher and I honestly knew the price would have gone up once they saw my couch. Our couch had some light stains that another highly rated cleaning service was unable to remove. Harel and his partner came in and instantly said it would actually be higher than the price quoted. That was fine with me seeing as he had the lowest initial quote. I understand that our off-white sofa is simply quite delicate. He also threw in a rug cleaning that I didnt think we needed, but for $50 why not? Wow oh wow the results were unbelievable and now we are thrilled we found Harel!

I originally hired A1 to clean far more than they did because they were actually HONEST about what needed to be done at that time. This is the first thing that pleasantly surprised me. I had some fabrics that I was really concerned about damaging, including some velvets. A1 knows their stuff--and the second thing that surprised me was that they used different cleaning methods for my different fabrics, tailoring treatments to our needs: pet hair, kid food stains, and general grime--Ive only seen people use a one-size-fits-all for all cleaning in the past. The difference is that there was NO HARM to my items. I cannot recommend them enough!

This was my first time getting my carpets cleaned and I would definitely do it again. The difference is incredible, like new!
