Mason and Myles are awesome at what they do.Not only did they Build me this PC but they have solved every Issue Ive had since I got this computer.every time Theyre working on my Computer they call and Give me Updates on how everything is going. I think their Customer Service is really Good and I am so glad I found their Shop.My computer will never go anywhere else so long as theyre in Business.

Mason has done work for us a few times. They are really knowledgeable and take time to help you understand things you may be concerned or confused about for those of us that are not as tech-savvy. Would recommend. We have used one other guy in the past for computer issues, but ever since going to A-1, we havent switched to someone new to help us with our computer repairs.

The charming and friendly owners of A-1 know so much about computers that fixing my laptop must have been childs play. Mason recommended changes that Id not thought of, installed a robust virus protection with features not available on the free virus protection sites, caught my hard drive at 10% functionality (days before it failed), applied thermal paste to my over-heating machine -- and in general took care of it as well as Jared of Country Lube takes care of my car. I feel free and easy now because I have superior help whenever I need it. Did I mention that the bill was very modest. I love this business and recommend it without hesitation to all computer owners.

Great knowledge and prompt service. Saved me twice when two different laptops crashed. They were able to retrieve all my data and files when I thought all was lost. My highest recommendation when you need computer service

We are so impressed with A-1 Computer Repair. Not only did they recover all of the important files from our failed hard drive, but they replaced the hard drive when we didnt even think it was possible to salvage our Macbook Pro! Also, we felt the price was excellent for the amount of repairs/data recovery they did and the repairs were performed in a timely manner. They also had excellent customer service and communication.Thank you so much for saving us hours and hours of work!!!

My computer and all of its data was completely dead! I as most of us cant bear to lose our years of archived photos and videos. Though I do not live here I drive 4 hours to the only person to whom I would entrust my computer ....Myles. He carefully step by step brought my computer back to life. It was a circuitous route I doubt anyone would have patiently put themselves through. Not only that but kept me in communication all through the process and after guiding me on the clean up of my computer. I am grateful Placerville has Myles and Mason. The best!

My laptop was giving a great deal of trouble. I googled to find the closest repair people, since I’m traveling. The gentlemen at A-1did a wonderful job. They ran diagnostics and repaired the problems caused by updates and then deleted trash and cleaned the insides. They explained things well and the fee was quite reasonable. I highly recommend them. I also want to add that they are a small family owned business. Good work guys!

A-1 Computer is the best--no, the ONLY service provider I will work with to repair or service my computers, tablets, etc.. Mason is efficient and reliable; he has probably saved me hundreds of dollars, not to mention given me peace of mind that my devices are are in great working order. Waaay better than what Ive gotten from other geek squads...

I feel very fortunate to have A-1 Computer repair right here in our community. They are experts, very affordable, fast one (1) day turnaround. To me this is one part of the holy trinity, along with finding a good mechanic and a good A/C man. Thanks guys!

Ive been with these guys for the last two years and can vouch for their honesty and high quality of work. I especially like the fact that they explain things in English and not just techno-talk. Theyve walked through hardware and software changes with me and made it easy. Ive had previous consultants in the past who were just plain weird and I find these guys very refreshing, smart and service-oriented. Their prices are also very reasonable.
