Oh my goodness if there was a 10 star Iverson would get it!My work laptop busted in the airport on my way to San Diego, I googled and found A to Z. I told them my situation and they were 4 miles from my hotel and came in early to meet me before we started our vacations. He found the parts I needed and had them overnight shipped and fixed it before I headed home. He is a miracle worker and went above and beyond! I will always be grateful for their amazing customer service and willingness to try so hard to get it fixed.My employees will be grateful too I need my computer to do payroll this coming Monday!!

Will never go to another store to get my phone fixed. This place fixes your device very quickly, is super knowledgeable, and at the best rate we found locally. Thank you son much! I pay for insurance on my phone, but still go to this place for repair because of the lack of hassle to wait for a new device, and the transferring of my data.

My ps5 broke down one evening unexpectedly. I thought it was nothing until days passed and it was still not turning on. Desperately, I looked everywhere in oside for someone to at least give me a diagnostic of what was wrong with it and I got the same answer that no, they couldn’t fix ps5 because they were “difficult to fix”. I came across this website and on its reviews and it had a 5 star review for a ps5 he fixed. I took in my ps5 here looking for hope because no one in Oside was willing to take it in. The very nice guy messaged me and said he could look at it. Thankfully, even though I waited a good week for it to be fixed the problem was solved! My ps5 is now working, and not only did I save myself $460 to replace it and buy a new one, it was also pretty cheap! I will be coming here if I need anything else fixed. Thank you so much!!

I have a Gen 5 iTouch that would not charge … or so it would appear. The iTouch was trying to upgrade but the battery was not charging (the original problem). Iverson kept me informed of the status. He was extremely kind and fixed it in a timely manner. He even helped after I picked up the iTouch … quality service!!I would highly recommend this place for wireless cellphone electronic repairs!

My family will definitely be taking our items here in the future. Owner was very friendly and detail oriented. You can tell he puts the time and effort to do it the right way. He double checked while we were there to make sure that our PS5 was actually broken and let us know an estimate on how long it would take. He sent us pictures of before and after when it was ready.

The glass on my phone stopped reading my finger, so the phone was useless and all of my information was stuck.T Mobile told me there was absolutely nothing they could do to help, but hey! Spend $1k+ and buy a new phone! Luckily insurance sent me a new one overnight but I couldnt get into the phone to transfer the content.Iverson was amazing!! He had all the tools on hand to get into my old phone and transfer everything to the new one. And he had it done within a couple hours, at his end of day on a Friday night. He went above and beyond a few days later to then clear the old phone to send back.Im super appreciative to Ivanson and grateful for his skills and tools -- as phone companies have apparently decided its better business to create never ending trash than maintain the expertise and real estate to fix fixable devices.Thanks again A to Z Wireless!!

I received amazing service repairing my iPhone 11 phone screen at A to Z. Not only did I receive friendly and personable service, I was able to get in and have my cracked, unresponsive phone screen repaired beautifully in an extremely timely matter. The entire experience took less than an hour. He was able to repair my screen in 30 minutes. It has been over a week and everything has been perfect. My phone is working as good as it was when I purchased it and the image looks incredible. I would highly recommend A to Z and I will definitely go back to them if I ever have any issues with my devices in the future.

If I can give you guys more stars I would! I had a battery replaced in my iPhone 6 and they did a fantastic job on fixing it! My old battery lasted me for about 4 to 5 hours and now it last me for at least two days without recharging it. I would highly recommend A To Z Wireless awesome customer service an fast service. I have brought many phones to them and they never have let me down! I am now thinking about bringing my tablet to them! Looking forward to seeing you guys again soon.

I love this place. I have been coming in for YEARS, since they were located in the mall. Love the new Coast Highway location. Iverson has been able to provide same day service most times, depending on the issues. He has replaced batteries, changed screens, fixed or replaced chips, and always does a great job. I have saved my phone so many times by coming here. Reliable, timely, trustworthy, and a great price. Would definitely recommend bringing your phone here for any issue you have.

Horrifying moment my dog close-lined himself on my remote charger while I was playing PS5. Pulled the entire PS5 off the entertainment system and jacked up the HDMI port. The first place I went to told me it would be $250 and a minimum of 4 weeks maybe longer. Then I called A to Z and was told they’d do it for $70 cheaper and do the repair on site same day. Thank god. A few hours later I had my PS5 back good as new. I highly recommend this place. I wasn’t sure my PS5 was save-able with it being a newer product or how much it’d cost. Needless to say this business saved my PS5. With as hard as it was to get this one I’m glad they did. 10/10 would recommend.

Happy customer here. The guy knows what he is doing. After visiting the beach my wifes phone stopped taking any charge. I tried to clean the phones charging port with no success. The guy serviced the port and somehow made it work in an hour or so, while we were exploring the Oceanside neighborhood.

Love this guy so much!!! Although I had replaced the charging port cable on my tablet, it still wouldnt charge. He told me to bring it in so he could test it. Turns out I didnt do a hard restart when I replaced the cord. It started charging, all is well. When I asked how much I owed him, he said it was fine. Incredible customer service and very knowledgeable.

I had a loose charging port with my Sony Xperia Xz2. The guy quoted me $99 compared to the local phone repair place on base charging me $130 with 4-5 week repair. This place took only a week for the part to come in and it was fixed within a couple of hours. Im highly satisfied with the mans work and knowledge. Friendly and even goes to explain how the parts are broken and interact with each other giving you that assurance.

This is my electronics repair shop! Iverson makes the time to repair my broken screens Ive brought him. I brought an old iPad and also a really old Surface, which work great but, yeah, theyre old. He found the parts and swapped them out, and was very communicative about when the parts were shipping in and how long it would take to repair. Needed to replace my battery for my Nexus 6P, and I already had the replacement battery in hand. Called around to a few shops. One guy wanted an outrageous amount to just switch out a battery, and another guy wouldnt give me an estimate because he didnt know what version of the Nexus 6P it was... there are no variants that would affect swapping a battery. Then I called this place. This guy quoted me a fair price, said hed take me right away, and had it done in 2 hours.Great experience. Will go here again if I need anything beyond my own skillset.

The technician who fixed my phone is awesome. He warned me that due the intricate work involved, he may not be able to do a same day repair due to his workload. However, that was not the case. He revived my dead Note 8 without losing any if my phones info; all of my photos, music, and contacts were just as I left them. My phone is working better than ever.

This place hooked me up proper. I was having a rough morning and I needed my phone more so then normal. My screen was smashed and the case was separating and bent. I Dropped it off and they straightened it replaced the screen and I was out within 45 minutes. Phone is in better shape then before I damaged it. I have issue w my iPad Pro 2018 version. It would not turn on or off only flashing Apple appeared when charging. I purchased a case and tempered glass that I bought at this store(still have the receipts). The case cracked when I tried to take it off the phone(super cheap quality) and when I dropped my phone from less than waist height it cracked. The case and tempered glass did absolutely nothing. I decided to give them another chance, brought the phone in and got he screen replaced and payed 184 dollars for this. The next day I dropped it when I was sitting in my sofa(6 inch fall) and it cracked again. They refuse to give me a refund or a special discount for my troubles. This is a nightmare. I called the one in national city and they quoted me at 125 and the sales rep told me that theyre store usually gives people a discount if their screen br aka within the same week. Or a full refund if you have proof of purchase of a case and a tempered glass. Do not go here! Crooks!

I had issues afterward, such as not getting reception and the battery running hot, but Iverson told me to come back and fixed the problem. This guy knows phones! Phone Phix closed in Carlsbad Village. He fixed a very expensive phone back to looking new with a scary port problem. He was able to seal the glass without a bubble or lint. These guys know what they are doing! THey changed the charge port in my Samsung Galaxy S5 in about an hour. This is a rather complicated procedure that requires removing and replacing the screen, so you want someone who has done a lot of this type of repair: these guys have done plenty! A couple of months ago my husband died in Idaho, and my phone had water damage from me jumping into the river after him. I took my phone to an awful store in Twin Falls and they charged me $50 to “look at the phone” to tell me it was unrecoverable. I came back to my home of oceanside and decided to get a second opinion. I’m not sure the man’s name, but he was working on Sept 10. He was so kind. Didn’t charge me to diagnose the phone, and worked on it for days to recover the pictures and information I needed. It wasn’t cheap, but the work he was doing was difficult and so worth it to me. Because of him I didn’t lose years of memories with my late husband. Thank you and I’m sorry for the late review. Now I know to back up my phone too :)

My Iphone 6 stopped working would not turn on. My problem started slowly. My battery level would show 50%-75% then my phone would die and the battery would show 1%. I would plug it in and it would be good for a little while. then one day it would not turn back on. I took my phone to the Apple store in Carlsbad. They did a diagnoses on my phone and told me it was not the battery and they could not get my phone to turn back on. But they could sell me a new one. I purchased a new phone (Iphone XR). I took my old Iphone 6 to A to Z and within 5 minutes he told me it was the battery. Within 30 minutes my phone charging system, replaced the battery and explained everything while I was there talking to him and asking him a bunch of questions. I was really surprised when he installed a new battery ($20) and my phone turned on like new. The diagnoses and battery total cost was $65. It would have been much less but I insisted he do a diagnosis on the charging system. Needless to say I returned the Iphone XR I had just purchased. This shop A to Z does it all, if your phone is broken they can fix it.

Friendly people but poor communication. My phone was a tough one to repair and they were not able to. Thats understandable. However it took three weeks and during that time there would be no communication for weeks on end. On multiple occasions they would tell me Id receive an update on X day and the day came and went like it was nothing. On six ocasions I had to visit the store or call just to pull teeth about the status of the phone.

I used to go here when they were at the mall. They always fixed things that sadly other phone repair places broke or did wrong. They are not only experts in my opinion but also honest. They just fixed my siri mic- which my local repair guy didn’t even know that there were 3 mics on an iphone. I seriously walked out and drove 30-40 min to this place and they fixed it on the spot. I have had over 15 devices fixed here. Prices so far have been cheaper than other places. The price has been under the warrenty deductible. Any issues with the repair have been fixed for free and have been quick.

They sell stolen merchandise! My nephew got a phone from them and when We try to activate it was reported stolen! They said they check all their merchandise is clean!
