They are so nice when we go in but yesterday was my favorite experience. There was the sweetest lady with a pixie cut and she complimented my bag and inquired about my life. I know it’s silly but it made my day. They also have really cool things we left with a few goodies. It’s about an hour away but worth the trip.

One my favorite shops, been coming since I was a teenager but unfortunately I came with my boyfriend today and he was wearing a nirvana shirt that had a design of a woman with her breast exposed and one of the two cashiers claimed it was inappropriate for him to wear it? She told him to button his cardigan and he couldn’t wear his shirt there ever again. However the other cashier had no problem helping us find the things we wanted and was very nice. I don’t understand how she could deem his shirt inappropriate when there’s plenty of adult things in this shop that can be considered “inappropriate”. I’m very disappointed and honestly feel upset for my boyfriend because he admires nirvana deeply and Kurt’s anniversary of his passing was just a few days ago and it made him upset.

This spot has a beautiful storefront, you cant miss it with its large banners or in front, and once you step inside youre impressed by how organized everything is. They have a great selection and variety of toys (especially funko and blind bag), & a good mix of comics, manga, paperback, and pop culture art books. Their prices are a bit on the steep side, unfortunately. The customer service is excellent though!

What an amazing place. Redlands which is a mecca for creative, intuitive, intelligent, open-minded, artistic, giving, soul seeking and the adventurous spirits - this place is fantastic and can satisfy a graphic novel or comic book fan for hours. For such a small store it has an incredible selection and for the store to let me take this many photos just shows their willingness to be open to the public and share the creativity of all these wonderful artists and amazing creative spirits that make everything they have to offer. Clean and a welcoming atmosphere the novice (myself) can explore and be astounded by world never known or imagined, the expert (I think of ComicBookGirl19 - think she might love this place) can be glad to know there is a place that expands the mind of children and adults and feel they can find what they are looking for in such a limited market. Redlands is an amazing place and this just adds to its spectacular array of one in a lifetime places to discover. Great staff working that day and store packed with people. Redlands offers stores like this and record stores and wonderful restaurants in the area to draw people from all over Southern California. No wonder they call Redlands the jewel of the Inland Empire this is definitely one of the jewels. Comic book and graphic novel fans will make this their home for many years to come. Hope photos show a bit of what they have to offer. The store and staff so welcoming and knowledgeable and willing to help and provide assistance - a very free spirit energy place with so much to see and learn about. I adore how much culture this shop has developed and continues to add to the community. Tabletop and card game selection isnt exactly huge, but its all quality products. (Doesnt hurt that the single pack of MTG Id bought as a self Birthday gift happened to be picked with extra kindness. )

The place is a great spot for picking up all kinds of things form manga to figures to even posters,cards, and comics a store like this is a rare find however I will confess this place doesnt really restock a lot of theyre products for example manga sets, every time Ive gone i have found single manga volumes and no signs of them getting more of the volumes or restocking those they had in store already.

I work with special needs kids and one of the kids who I work with was chewed out by an employee at the store for reorganizing a stack of books. His mother explained to the employee who was working there that she was sorry and that he had autism. The employee continued being disrespectful and ignored them completely even though the store wasn’t busy. I expect better from this store when it comes to their customer service. I will be reaching out to the Better Business Bureau about this interaction.

Outstanding selection and the staff are beyond helpful, their customer service remains unmatched in the area, and they always tend to have answers to the questions customers bring whether the question is in regards to items in stock or out of stock. Definitely would recommend for anyone looking to the 40k series or most things mini figures for DnD style games, and a plethora of options for other board games.

This is more of a indoor mall collectable store. Mainly new issues and pops. Not a true comic book store collectable hang out. They also have 3 doors only one actually works. If your looking for a quick new issue this would the store. It is clean and the staff looks like they enjoy their job.

Clean and well organized store. Jason was extremely helpful with my questions and getting signed up for a membership. He was personable, polite and professional. I brought up a comic I saw just by name and he gave me a little bio about it and the series is was a part of. Very knowledgeable and all around great place to visit and shop at. This is a really cool store, with unique merchandise. Great variety of things to choose from! My kids and I found a great coin bank, in the form of my husbands favorite movie character. Awesome comic shop located in the heart of downtown. Open concept inside makes it feel a lot less cramped as opposed to other comic shops. Wide variety with high shelves, cleanliness, and a cool atmosphere ties this place together. I only gave 4 stars because I feel like there is minor room for improvement, Id love to see a wider selection of figures that arent POP figures. Other than that, I wouldnt skip out on this cool little shop, with an awesome name homage to one of the greatest groups in music history.

One of the best funko pop stores i’ve ever been to but the other day i went to the store there were 2 female employees who were rude and kept giving dirty looks to people. they seemed annoyed when a kid was screaming in the store and once i was ready to pay i said hello and they didn’t even acknowledge me. they were both reading some type of book that i could’ve walked out with everything i wanted to purchase and they wouldn’t even notice. they were just talking and laughing with each other

Expecially for the pokemon cards! I pulled a rare Giritina worth $350!! Plus they have every Pop (the brand) you could think of. Great store!! Ive been coming to this location for about five years now, but have since decided to look for a new comic shop to frequent. The selection is good. But, I have never felt welcome here, and that is due to the unusually rude, snobby staff. Whenever I visit, I am greeted with side-eye, if Im even acknowledged at all. If I ever get the nerve to ask a question, the workers act as though I am wasting their time. If customer service isnt something that matters to you when supporting a business, then by all means, shop Quest. They have what youre looking for, just dont expect much help in finding it.

I have a friend that introduced me to this place recently and I was blown away at how clean/inviting this place was. Quite a few comic book stores are cluttered and almost feel dingy, but not Quest. They had massive amounts of Funko figures and a GREAT selection of comics. They even have comics and storybooks for the little ones. You could literally navigate the store with ease and the staff is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. I highly recommend this place to any comic book novice (like me) or hardcore fanatic.

I love this comic shop. The atmosphere is nice, the location is spacious, and the staff greet often and ask if you need help. Theyre willing to do some legwork to check up on requested issues of past comics. Good selection of trades, compendiums, and other assorted things like blind box vinyls. This is the best comic book store in the area. Sometimes their selection and items surpass any other comic book store in Socal! Love it when they have what I crave! Keep up with niche items from all the animes, cartoons like Bobs Burgers, exciting stickers & pins and so on! The associate that was there Saturday morning, was preoccupied organizing star wars pictures then greeting people or asking if anyone needed help, which I did. I even asked him for a price on something and had to approach him behind the counter, he didnt even look up until I asked him, he gave me a look like I was interrupting him. Great comic book shop. Clean and organized, helpful friendly staff. Also, they do a lot for the local arts community from stocking a great selection of local zines to putting on art shows and zine fests. This is also the big sister store of Claremonts A Shop Called Quest, so if you love them, Comic Quest is some of the same people. The Quest family is not only my top, but my only recommendation as far as comics shops in the IE go.

The comic books here are not worth it if you collect. 90 percent of them have wrinkled covers, not from reading shoppers but from poor storage or whatever during original purchase en masse. They are either marred or already coming apart at the spines. Ive bought here just to read the stories but will have to replace 90 percent of what Ive bought here. Severe Bloated pricing for variant covers of new comics. It feels as if the owner could care less of the selection, really made me think he buys rippled comics at a cheaper price to make still more money.

I come out to this location usually about once a month. Been doing that for about 5 years (was previously closer to the Claremont location). I love the staff even when theyre not most outgoing folks working that day. The store is immaculate and ignites my child-like wonder.My daughter loves rolling out with her dad to this shop, which provides plenty of kid-friendly books and merch. They carry a lot of Nakatomi Inc prints. Im a big fan.Yo, simply put, this is the SPOT if you love comics and everything related to them.

Hopefully you never run into an issue here. Customer service is terrible if they forget your pull or don’t get the order in. They used to replace books they had forgotten or even called their other shops to get needed issues but now they’ll just complain that somehow it’s the customers fault for not ordering enough and then cancel your subscription entirely. If the heavy Mexican dude decides he doesn’t like you, he’ll put so much effort into making this such a hostile shop.

I used to be a big comic book collector in the 80s but its been some time since Ive been in a comic store so my impression is from a different time period. The place is clean and organized. There was one guy behind the counter but he didnt greet us in any way and we were the only ones in there. Shops of the past seemed to have lots of product as well as boxes and boxes of old stock. This place didnt but did have a lot of comic related figures and graphic novels. Of course, right out front featured what I hear is killing the comic industry; female superheros with a side of social justice. Ive followed some people who review these and the stories are just unusual for comics. I think these comics are trying to target a market that just doesnt exist, and sales show it. So, for a shop to push product that the fans dont want to buy, I suspect their time in business might be short.

Employee (heavy set) with the boy bun wearing shorts that are way too tight was very rude when I asked for a price check. He said the price was on the bottom and I told him that the price sticker was ripped off then he gives me attitude like Im the one that ripped it off. Ive only been here once with friends, its like a haven for comic/anime/animation lovers. they have a great selection of comics, manga, graphic novels, toys, figures, posters, pop! figures, there are a small collection of nendroids as well. i feel like a kid in a candy store.id probably enjoy more if i planned on buying something, in fact this was just an accident coming here from eating at Crepes of Wrath, and if i only live nearby, id probably be here almost everyday!as for parking, idk where to find one bec. i dont live in the area but we ended up parking at the nearest convenience store.
