My Cannon MG2500 stopped working after only 5 months. I called Kurt and he was very honest with me as to what the repair cost would be and advised me against wasting my money on repairing it as it would have cost morethan

I just called and spoke with Kurt regarding my older Epson printer not printing, and he gathered some specific information from me about the problems with it and its usage. He was able to make a quick determination that the printhead for my printer had been discontinued by Epson. Rather than having me bring in the printer for repair, Kurt saved me $95 in diagnostic work by immediately letting me know that the printer could not be repaired. I really appreciate his expertise and honesty. When my new, replacement Epson printer needs service or repair, I know who Ill bring it to.

Dont waste your time or money. The service is not credible. They will take your money but your printer will be in worse shape than when you gave it to them. I had a HP LaserJet 4525dn Enterprise Printer. It began to jam sometimes. I was told it would take 2 days to diagnose. I paid $150 for diagnosis and labor. I called after three days and was told it would take another 4-5 days to diagnose. I told him that I needed the printer sooner than that. I called three days later and was told that a solenoid had been replaced and the original error code was fixed but there was a new error code. I told him that I would pick the printer up early the next week, fixed or not. When I came in the next week, the printer was pulled apart. I returned an hour later and picked up the printer after it was put back together. When I tried out the printer it would not even boot. It does not seem that he ever did anything to fix the printer. He took it apart and did not put it back together properly. If you want to hear stories about how hard it is to work on a printer and get your printer back in worse shape than you left it, then this is the place to go.

I called and talked to Kurt the service coordinator and I asked about my Canon MG3620 and explained the problem. Mr. Kurt listened and explained that the cost of the part is not worth the repair and just to replace the printer. I checked the price of the part I needed and he was right! The part costs $79.99 and a new printer costs $99 through Amazon. Thank you A-Plus Printer Services and your honesty. You saved me some travel, time and money.

I called Kurt to ask whether it was worth it to repair my printer. Kurt was open and honest about the cost and what I had to go through to get my printer up and running. In the end I decided to purchase a new printer for the cost of just the parts that I would have had to buy to get the old printer up and running. Kurt saved me both time and money. Thank you Kurt.

I called Kurt, the service manager about whether to repair or replace my HP inkjet printer. He offered useful, honest advice about buying a new printer rather than paying for repairing a 2-3 year old cheaper machine. Great going, Kurt. I have no experience with the companys repair expertise, but a quick phone call saved me time and, probably, money.

Kurt the service manager immediately diagnosed the problem with my printer over the phone free of charge. He saved me time and money by recommending I buy a new printer instead of going ahead with the part replacement which was unreliable. Knowledgeable, professional, honest and helpful...this place is A plus!!!

I talked to Kurt, the service manager. I had an Epson Stylus 3880 that had problems printing the black inks. I wasnt sure if it could be repaired or not. I had been using the printer for almost 10 years, so I put it to good use for a long time. When I described the problem to Kurt, he told me that it wasnt worth diagnosing, so I didnt waste my time bringing it in and spending money for essentially nothing. I appreciated his honesty. I guess its time to buy a new printer!

With my home office printer gone bad last night...I tried to look up for a nearest printer repair shop. I came across A-Plus Printer Services. So I called them. I was told that they do not repair my printer type but Kurt who answered my call gave me a list of easy self diagnostic steps, do’s and dont’s about the print ink cartridges and print heads.I’m truly impressed by Kurt’s knowledge and how professional he was on the phone with me (for over 5 - 7 min) and explained all the DIY steps to get me printer back in Service.Thank you!
