Javier is the most helpful guy to get insurance from. I have been searching for insurance for days now and his advice stood it the most. He walked me through every step to setting up my complex quote. I really appreciate his patience.

Extremely rude on the phone. Did not help took my personal info then got an attitude and hung up on me. It was a older man. Shady people called another well known insurance carrier right after and got a great deal. I should have known especially the area that they are in. I will check my credit for any fraudulent activity due to this office and the man child who I spoke with learn what customer service is.!

Javier Arevalo, remember that name, is by far, the best Insurance Agent hands down!! I recently tried obtaining insurance thru multiple companies. The results after, days of looking for the lowest, best policy, was Amax in my particular case. I even got more coverage than I anticipated, after literally getting quotes double in amount, yet less coverage. I know, if there is ever a opportunity to at least get a quote…. You won’t regret it! I was referred to Sameday insurance from my Adopted mom. I greatly appreciate their fast responses and the help to find affordable and full coverage insurance for my vehicle. Fast and accurate. Patient and professional. And definitely deserve more than 5 stars. I am a complicated person and they were so kind and patient. Daelien was fantastic!!! I needed insurance quickly so I could pick up my new car from the dealership. I was already frustrated and she called me and was helpful and proficient. Knowledgeable of discounts and overcoming obstacles quickly. I was impressed that she got it done without hesitation.
