I forgot a print out for class and rushed here frantic. They not only helped me but calmed me down. I was reassured that they could help me under the short timeline. Amazing service! Great print and copy shop, the staff are very helpful and quick with service. Conveniently located too with plenty of parking in the back lot. Would recommend this shop and Ill definitely be back.

This place doesnt look like much when you walk in, but its run by a guy who seems to genuinely enjoy helping people. It such a nice experience to have someone who is eager to be of service helping you get your mundane shipping or printing task accomplished as efficiently as possible. So different from most places that are staffed by employees (or even owners/managers) who obviously would rather be anywhere else. Im glad I randomly came in here to ship my package. This little place is a gem.

The best! The owner is so kind and helpful. My friends had a large print order last minute and asked me to pick it up. Im not used to LA traffic and he offered to make sure I get there, arrived just on time! He also folded each print, which we didnt expect and it saved us so much time. Thank you so much!!!

Fantastic experience here and unmatched customer service!I was two weeks away from my best friend’s wedding and my home printer was refusing to print on the cardstock I had purchased for the event. I tried calling places like FedEx and Office Depot, but none were able to work with my paper. One phone call later, A Express Copy & Shipping had my files ready, and even did a print test to make sure everything was printing beautifully.When I picked up my large print job, Rojeh had everything neatly organized within a bubble wrap mailer. He is kind, personable and a true professional. He saved the day!

Not one, but TWO great experiences this week at A Express!My longtime go-to in Burbank really let me down by not responding to phone messages and online Quotes, and I was left scrambling to find a reliable, trustworthy option for a few mounted posters I needed. Thats when I found A Express and I will use them going forward.Owner, Rojeh, could not have been more pleasant or helpful and I recommend the place highly!

Best customer service! Seriously you could just swing by and get in a better mood, the guy behind the counter is so kind, friendly and. professional. I get overwhelmed with paperwork and he makes everything so simple. I think they have mailboxes you can rent, the Internet and all your office needs. Also its a huge parking lot so parking is never an issue. I trust this guy with my personal information, Ill only come here.Been in a few times since this post...he’s still the best.

I refer to the owner of this business as my guy when it comes to all things printing, copying, shipping, etc. I dont go anywhere else unless I absolutely need something done on a Sunday (which hasnt happened in all the years I have been coming here!). The service is fantastic, great people that always have a smile for the customer. If you give them a try you will not go anywhere else!

Best print shop in Los Angeles. I have been using A Express for over a decade now for all my print and shipping needs. The owner Rojeh runs a lean operation that is fast, effective and affordable, a rarity these days. I have tested out other places non compare to A Express.

The owner is so helpful, kind, and quick at what he does, I never go anywhere else. Not only that! But when I needed a weird sized box to put donuts in for my kids bake sale he *gave it to me for free* and just said, tell your friends were here.I cant say enough nice things about this place. I lost a tracking number, and a client needed it, and with one phone call he had it all sorted out, tracked for me, and they were happy. He never tries to upsell you. I needed something overnighted, and he told me since it was within L.A. just to use ground, bc theyd get there at the same time, the only difference would be Id get a refund if it was more than a day with the other option. Since that didnt matter to me, ground was the best (and cheapest) choice. Hes just great, and you should go there.

I have been to A-Express several times over the past few years for photocopying, shipping and supplies. The owner who is there full-time, Rojeh, never fails to give me first-class service. He makes sure I am 110% satisfied before I leave the store. Great guy and great service. Puts Kinkos to shame.
