Friendly, fast, and honest service! Would definitely come back again for any computer related issues.I came in with my Lenovo Yoga after dropping it and it wouldnt turn on. Within 24 hours they found the problem, gave me a solution and now I can use my work laptop again 🙌

Good service alternative for Lenovo if you dont wish to ship your laptop in for warranty repair. Staff is professional and friendly. Pearson Vue Testing Center onsite.

Came to get a Lenovo laptop LCD screen fixed, and because I got lucky and they had the part in stock, I managed to get the computer back on the same day (in ~4h) and was charged a reasonable price for it. Really happy with the quick turnover! (It sounded like it would have taken about 2-3 business days for the part to ship if they had not had it on hand, so thats still incredibly fast compared to other places I inquired which said that it would have taken them 2-3 weeks for turnover).

For past 30 years it is my place for purchase of the IT hardware, software as well as repairs. They are authorized repair place for Lenovo ThinkPad, HP printers. There is an exam/test center on premise. Friendly place and privately owned.

OUTSTANDING SERVICE. I had an issue with my out-of-warranty Lenovo ThinkPad that another local repair shop was unable to fix. I decided to try A&A before sending in to Lenovo (which was going to be expensive). Ashwin fixed it in less than 24 hours and didnt charge me for his labor. It was the best experience in dealing with IT / computer folks Ive ever had. I absolutely recommend A&A.

While only Mr. Umesh Dhanki was working on MLK day. He was able to quickly diagnose and resolved the power problem with my new ThinkPad. Umesh has excellent knowledge of Lenovo products and provided friendly and professional services.

My Lenovo T480s had a couple of stuck keys and the Lenovo service department listed A & A as one of the 3rd party service centers in the Santa Clara county. Fortunately they were open and took care of the repair promptly. I would highly recommend them.

I took my kryterion on-site test, smooth process. They had taken all precautions like wear Mask, sanitizers bottles on each station(except inside the exam room). The best thing was I was the only person taking the test in the test room & I could think loud.Could hear conversation sound as it was a quite place and even with the door closed could hear the conversation between 2 people in the office during the exam.

I had been to A&A computers for my lenovo thinkpad which crashed during the warranty period. Trust me I had the best experience here with Umesh and Ashwin. They are honest, trust worthy and transparent in what they do. Having a dead laptop in the middle of a work week is a nightmare and they made sure they had my laptop back with me the next business day.They emphathize with the customer and make sure with the experience they provide one would definitely take their business no where else but here.They stock genuine parts which other repair places order from the manufacturer which saves us on the shipping time. They provide manufacturer international warranty on the products unlike most vendors who provide local warranty.If you are in a situation with your mac, pc - this is a go to place for sure!
