Great customer service. If you need a Storage The Unit, they have all sizes and availability most of the time. Whatever is your budget? There’s always something for you. Make sure to ask for Suyumy or Luz . There are supplies for all your movie needs like wrapping, locks, tape, boxes, etc. Business office hours are from 9 to 5, and access hours from 6 AM to 10 PM. every day. Very clean and safe facilities. They have a system that you can go in with your cell phone. 24 hours surveillance.

Very polite, excellent customer service. Very clean and extremely safe facility. By far best storage facility I’ve had the pleasure of making business. Especially with the front desk, very nice, lovely and they go on and beyond to meet customers expectations.

Every 6 months your rent will go up. So if you need storage for long term I would look elsewhere. Getting ahold of anyone in the office is a joke as well. I always have to call the call center and have them send an email. The elevator didnt work when I paid someone to bring a TV to my storage so I had to pay them to take it back to my house because there was no stair access and no elevator. I asked for a discount and was told NO. I called the district manager and complained and he gave me $40.00 off of the $80.00 I spent to have the TV delivered. Get renters insurance its is way cheaper than the insurance they charge you. I have been trying to call to send that in. I guess I will have to go up there and hope someone is in the office. I dont want to be charged another month of the overpriced insurance.

The lobby and storage unit areas were very clean and well lit. The woman who assisted me with my rental was professional and friendly. I was escorted to my unit and shown how to lock it etc. I was very impressed with this place. Will recommend.

Work with these ladies on a monthly bases and I love the staff, atmosphere and hospitality. Store is a 10/10 and I would recommend them to anybody.

Great storage. Nice and clean. Secure. I have used storage facilities many times in many places, and this is one of the best. I have not inquired about happy hour, but...?!

The price to rent a 10x15 is getting Ridiculous. Every 6 months to a 1 year price goes up. Not like $5 dollars but Every time they raise to $20-30 more. I been a renter for a few years now. First year I payed $180 now I pay $260. Thats like $80 more since my first year. Theres never push carts because everyone takes them and bathroom always smells and sometimes no soap or toilet paper. They are definitely getting out of hand with raising the rent this high. Cant wait to find a place with better prices.

Its clean and quiet, but dont go alone! Im never able to find the elevator. There are EXIT signs on top of EXIT signs, but nothing that indicates where in heck the elevator is. Or was. I think they move it every time I step off of it.Anyway, I have yet to leave where I came in and I always go out the Do Not Exit door, but its a good place.

This is a newly opened facility that has some great rates. I came into just get a quote but found myself signing up immediately. This place offered a 10x25 with the first month free for the same prince I was paying for a 10x10 at another facilityPush carts are also easily available for customers to use by the door and next to the elevator. Code is required to get in and out of the gate/building to keep it more secure. Bathroom easily located on the first floor.All the customer service I’ve receive since moving in has been excellent. First time was the first day I went in, all my questions were answers, shown around to different units sizing and informed of their pricing and thoroughly explained how the facility worked. I was so satisfied with my move to this facility I suggested my father-in-law to move out of his current facility and into this one. I came a later date to check out units for my father-in-law and I still received excellent and well informed service. Lastly dispite me being rude during a recent phone call the person was very calm and professional. Three different situation and people and I would say all was great service.I suggest this facility while the rates are great and for its overall excellent service.

Representative at front desk very professional, knowledgeable and helpful. Office and buildings very clean and very well lit. However, restroom on first floor wasnt accessible (out of order), which made the days in putting my belongings in storage a bit frustrating. =(Overall, very good experience.
