I am an attorney in the bay area. I have been practicing for over 15 years and I have hired hundreds of contractors to help with my computer needs. Today I had a major problem trying to use my camera and microphone on a zoom meeting. I called 911 PC Help, and the owner answered the phone immediately. Despite sounding extremely busy, he took time out and assisted me in resolving the zoom meeting problem with my camera and my video. He was so qualified and skilled at resolving my computer issue, that he resolved it in a matter of minutes. Even though I was appreciative of his time and demanded that I pay for his services, he refused to accept any money from me, and did the service for free. Its refreshing to interact with people like the owner of 911 PC Help in such a stressful and anxious time. Thank you for having integrity, honesty, and kindness.

Called a few weeks back to help back up our computers and just do general maintenance. Had used them back in 2013 but forgot about them - in the meantime had hired other tech support guys and just didnt get a great deal from them. Finally, needed some work done, did a little research and found these guys again. Happy I did. Very helpful and considerate of time and budget. Wont upsell you.

Vlad came in on Saturday, but couldnt solve the weird problem with our old server. He then researched it and on Sunday morning told me to try a strange but easy fix. He was right, and the server was back up for Monday morning. Great service, good price, and would recommend to all my friends. Thanks Vlad! -Mike in Oakland near the Airport

I called about my Acer laptop that is no longer charging. Because it was less then a year old, they suggested I contact Acer since the problem is likely covered under warranty (I honestly didnt think to do so). In the meantime, they checked for availability on parts to solve what was likely the problem, just in case. They were so helpful, friendly, and quick to respond. I ended up not needing their service, as the issue was covered under warranty, but if I ever do need help, I will call them first. They clearly have their long-term customer satisfaction in mind!

I just showed up at their location with an old (>7 years) non-working laptop. I wanted to repair it but Vladamir gave me really honest feedback. Instead of working on it and charging me, he advised me to get a new one. I thought it was a sincere and genuine feedback. He did not take my business but surely earned my respect. I will definitely go back.

We have been working with 911 PC Help for years. They are most supportive and they come to our offices to help us with all forms of issues with software/hardware etc. They are quick and most supportive and we shall continue this relationship with them for a very long time.
