Michael was referred to me by a friend, and Im so grateful because he did an incredible job. I had a faulty motor that another contractor installed and needed replacing as it completely stopped working after less than 2 years. Michael installed a LiftMaster and explained thoroughly how it works. I have passed on his contact information to family/friends. Michael was amazing!! He was able to give me perfect directions on phone itself and fixed the issue. Another garage door company gave $1500 estimate to fix that problem. He just asked some history of the problem and asked for few pictures and videos of the garage door and lift master unit and sensors. He was able narrow down the issue with a few right questions. His approach to root cause the problem clearly reflected his expertise. I shared his contact to my neighbors and friends.

Michael was quick to respond to my first call in the morning and gave me a quote. He was at my place in the evening and the job (torsion spring replacement) was done in 30 minutes. I would go back to Michael for any future garage door related work.

Weve had 911 garage door repair our garage door twice now. The first time they fixed damage to the rail because we hit the door with our car. They came on time and resolved the issue easily.The second time our garage door wouldnt open. They we5able to look at photos and quickly identified that a spring was broken. They came the same day and replaced the spring. The whole process took under an hour.Id highly recommend them for any garage door repair.

Michael was incredibly helpful in repairing my grandmothers gate. Several other vendors instead that the only option was a very expensive replacement, but Michael was upfront about all of our options so we could decide what was best for our budget. He went out of his way to honor the quote he provided, always showed up promptly when promised, and completed the job as quickly as and neatly as possible. With his outstanding service and expertise, we ended up installing a much better system than we would have otherwise received, at a lower price than quoted by other vendors, with no hidden costs.
