2024-05-15 12:07:52The phone works okay, but customer service is terrible. Beware when you order a phone, it probably will be missing parts. Bought a brand new phone and they dont even send a power cable with it. Those you have to buy separately. Then, I tried to return it, good luck with that. Here I am 2 months later with a worthless phone still on my desk that they havent sent return info for. You cant call for help, and when I email my assigned rep doesnt respond. Got to find a better solution for our phone needs.

2024-06-20 19:58:05I paid them for SMS service for 5 years. They say fill our registration to keep SMS service. I filled out the application. A few days later, they deleted 5 years on my SMS message. They say the messages are lost forever. They blame me.

2024-06-20 19:55:38DO NOT USE. They deleted 5 years of my text messages. They cannot recover them. They cant explain why. They dont care. They no tech support or customer support - they have take no responsibility support and blame the customer support.

2023-01-09 18:08:53Can not get a call back from sales team regarding replacing equipment after TWO MONTHS of trying and escalating to various managers. Been using 8x8 for almost 4 years and the dreaded feeling of having to reach out to them if you need anything is the worst. Customer support is based overseas - but can’t even reach the local sales team when you want to spend money! The reviews here and on the better business bureau (plus the lack of response from the company on any of them), speaks volumes. We will be switching services. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

2022-09-29 19:13:42We have used 8x8 for years and while service and function have been acceptable the customer service is horrific, probably one of the worst we have come across. If the fix is not a simple read the article fix they support team will disappear. Then you have to spend weeks begging for assistance. No matter when you call the supervisors are in meetings and will not call back. Would recommend reviewing other options for your VOIP provider as there are many that appreciate your business.

2019-11-13 00:23:03Transferred to 8x8 aug/sep 19. not impressed, i have asked repeatedly as to why my phones MULTIPLE TIMES DAILY are not registered? Now my ported numbers are getting spam calls 5&6 times a day. I will move my service once my obligation with 8x8 ends.

2023-01-27 14:00:10This company is AWFUL! DO NOT USE THEM!Customer service sucks. They made a mistake when trying to change licenses and they have been overcharging us for months due to their mistake. They have hidden fees that they have NOT ever made anyone aware of. Not listed in the statements anywhere, and not listed in any contract. They will leave you waiting for weeks, months even before getting back with you or trying to fix your issues. They will send all their other reps to try to upgrade our services but not actually address the issues we have.

2018-04-06 18:22:03Our company has been with 8x8 for over 2 years. For basic calls, and call quality I dont have much to complain about, but for the past 13 months (yes, more than a year) they have been completely unable to deliver basic reports. I am talking simple things like call counts for inbound and outbound calls, average talk times and total talk time. This is even though we are paying for a upgraded add-on called Virtual Office Analytics. They have 3 different ways to pull data from the system and they never match. I dont know who was the architect for their reporting solution, but if they still have a job, they must be the owners blood relative.Also, we had to abandon using their call recording feature because when enabled, the audio of the call would cut out for the first 1 second. Imagine sales reps calling individuals and hearing Hi, this is _____________ from Someplace High School, how can I help you? and we have to say, Sorry, who is this again? NOT exactly how you want to start a sales call.I have been patient, VERY, VERY patient, but it has now run out. I have lost all faith in a company that charges money for a product that just straight up doesnt work.

2023-09-07 18:57:08ZERO CUSTOMER SUPPORT TEAMThe Customer support team is a complete Failure, I have requested to Cancel my account and its been weeks that they dont even know what the issue is !I requested Multiple times to Cancel my account and refund my money ! but these guys dont understand this ??? They dont have a customer support team, They have team that tortures people by making them repeat again and again of what they actually want !A complete ZERO to the team and the Company !Very Very Very Very BAD Experience ! Not Recommended at all
