I have enjoyed working at 88 so much.I worked as a temporary leasing professional when the company was looking for a new officer. Working with Angela Smith, Cindy Chiu, Johnny, and Alonso was especially rewarding. They are so sweet, provide great customer service, and are always professional. They also made me laugh and have fun at the workplace. Cindy speaks fluent Mandarin in addition to English, and Alonso speaks Spanish, which is a great help for expats and immigrants. Not only did I enjoy working with my colleagues, but I also loved interacting with the many residents who enjoy living there, contributing to a positive environment. There are so many delicious restaurants nearby, making me feel at home away from home 😊

This place is amazing! The entire staff at 88 is so friendly and always available. Tony, Cindy, and Josh have all been so helpful during every step, including touring, moving, and now day-to-day services. While applying, we called the leasing office many times to verify and ask questions, and each time we were met with kindness. As new residents, there are always small maintenance requests to be made and the maintenance team has responded each time in less than 24 hours. I have never seen responsiveness this quick. We feel right at home and have been enjoying all of the amenities, which are always clean and quiet. The location is also great with so many shops and restaurants walking distance. The area also feels extremely safe. Overall we are so happy to be here and call this place home!

Cindy and Tony were very helpful before and after we moved in. They gave us a warm welcome and answered my questions and concerns whenever I had them. The garage is gated, and restaurants and a grocery store are within walking distance. We are happy to live here!

Visited our coworker for a karaoke night. My impressions are:Living areas are very clean and modern.We used their karaoke room, which was a nice hangout area with a door that automatically locks so its your own private room to spend time with your friends.Another notable feature is that they are pet friendly and have an enclosed area for pets to run around inside the complex.Its also really conveniently located, shares a parking lot with a grocery store and other restaurants. Just cross the street, and there is a movie theater, and access to a ton of good food on main street.

After enjoying our cozy single-bedroom apartment for six months, we decided it was time for more space. Cindy, always reliable, helped us explore transfer options effortlessly.The community ticks all the boxes: plenty of parking, EV chargers with permits, and a perfect location for our commute with tons of nearby restaurants.Overall, our experience has been fantastic. From Cindys help to the great amenities, we highly recommend this place for anyone looking for luxury living without the hassle

I helped my friends looking for apartment，and I found your place. At the beginning I met Cindy，she is very nice lady and very patience. I told her my friends cant speak English at all， I asked her if she can help them when they came in. And she is very detail and patience to help them looking the room they prefer to and help them to do all the paper works. And also she explained all the details to them in Chinese. The apartment everything is perfect ，they‘re so happy to move in. Cindy did great job for them，hopelly we will cooperate again in future.

My friend referred me to 88 Shea Apartments, and we feel so lucky to meet Cindy during our first visit here. She is very knowledgeable and professional at her job. I made several trips to her office afterwards, and she was always helpful to answer my questions. She showed me around several units with different floor plans and provided good tips and practical advice. Her customer service is very professional, and her knowledge of the whole complex building provided me a clear picture to make good decisions. Although she is busy, she always made sure that all my questions were addressed, and the paperwork was processed in a timely manner. Thank you, Cindy and the whole 88 team, for all your help and hard work which made things much easier for us!!!

We have loved our experience living at 88. The management is amazing, the community is respectful and family friendly, and the common spaces are well maintained. Cindy and Tony who work in management have been so kind and responsive to our needs, Alonso from maintenance has done an amazing and quick job fixing little things in the apartment here and there (sink drain, smoke detector, nothing major), and Adriel Casillas was incredibly helpful and accommodating of our needs when it came time to renew our lease. This is an excellent place to live!

We love living at 88 Apartments. We’ve been here since August 2023. They just threw a fall party and it was fabulous with lots of pumpkins for kids/adults to decorate, caramel for the apples, popcorn, and a hired company with a delicious taco spread. I had my face painted as well 😂 and got to know some of my neighbors. This resort-like place is just lovely and so are the people that work there!
