I called Mark with the plan of purchasing a laptop, explained my situation to Mark and he made some suggestions that is saving me money. We have had great service from Mark in the past and continue to receive great service.If you need assistance with your Mac or PC, you can trust that Mark will ask you enough questions to determine what will be the best for you and not necessarily for his pockets. We really appreciate his help and honesty.

Mark is the best, hands down PC technician Ive come across. Hes thorough, professional and accommodating. You cant ask for more. I brought my sons gaming rig in because of processor failure. He put the warranty unit in and ran a 25 point stress test and made some other adjustments. The rig is running great with no complaints. And very reasonable price. Anyone needing their PC repaired, needs to go to Mark.

Mark helped me with both of my computers and they are working great. He is fast and went above and beyond for me to make sure that my computers were working well. All in all, he did a great job.

Mark is fast and fantastic. I had him reassemble my desktop after I botched it, and also he is available almost anytime for questions.

What can I say except excellent service. He accurately diagnosed the issue with my iMac over the phone, then quickly repaired it and upgraded the memory, all for a reasonable price.
