I contacted 805 Law Group to get a prenup made, they advertise a free first consultation which sounded great. My fiance and I had prepared a list of questions which we asked during the call. The person on the other end couldnt really answer them and ended up saying near the end of the call that we should ask the attorney. We were under the impression that this was a consultation with an attorney. Their website says Call us to schedule a consultation with our experienced marital agreements attorney, there is no mention that the consultation wouldnt be with an attorney. It was a complete waste of time.

During the consultation, they will talk you up, tell you it’s an easy open/shut case and then as you sign the paperwork, they will take your money and assign you to a super inexperienced attorney providing horrible representation. Read the one-star reviews. From my experience, most of the things mentioned in the recent year of negative reviews happened to me as well. Please hire a different attorney practice and don’t waste thousands upon thousands of dollars just to lose a case you probably should have won; especially if it’s a civil case.

My review of 805 Law Group as a whole is positive from the start. My initial meeting with Mr. Bill Ausman was productive and left me appreciating the empathy and sympathy that had been lacking in a 5 year complicated Family Law case that had me attached through on going and unnecessary discovery. Mr. Liceaga and Mr. Neus were phenomenal in advocating for me. Although, the cost is on the high end the cost/ benefit is peace of mind knowing that someone is on my side looking out for me. I have been turned away by many attorneys due to the complicated matter of the case and this Law Group was not afraid to take it on and has continued to be thoughtful in their use of services to charge.

I was in a car accident that left my car totaled and after trying to look for attorney’s I found 805 Law Group. Before reaching out to their office I was in pain and having trouble trying to get ahold of someone to help me with my case or figure out what was going on. I was frustrated that I couldn’t get a straight answer from the insurance company and I was overwhelmed with everything else going on dealing with customer service representatives who belittled my injuries or the pain that I was going through. After I spoke with Gabriela the personal injury attorney I was able to get right into physical therapy, seems like all the work she did helped speed up the process when it came to getting responses and I am currently at the end stage of my case. Gabriela has made sure that I am taken care of and that I feel like my feelings are valid. I appreciate it so much. I would highly recommend this law firm to help you with your case because the focus is on making sure the work needed is done in a timely and efficient manner.

Please read this review prior to hiring 805 law group. I was represented by Robert who promised me correct representation within a court custody battle. However, he did not speak in court for me or my children. My children were placed in the other party’s custody who is a 3 time domestic violence offender. With repeated violations during the court proceedings. I have recently hired a separate attorney who has reviewed all files regarding my case and major evidence that I submitted to the law firm was NEVER SUBMITTED to the courts which is why they were placed in the other parties custody. They will not represent you properly or fight for the best interest of the children. My children have been put through not only emotional but physical damages due to this law group! Please do not hire this law firm as they will not fight for you or the best interest of your family! This is a serious case which has affected all of my children’s well being! I thought this case was open and shut but not when you have attorney that are not taking it serious!

Please read these reviews VERY carefully as it seems that those who have given 5 stars are fake clients. You can tell by the verbiage and user profiles.I was a legitimate client of this law firm who went through a custody trial. First and foremost, Bill will sell you on a call but that will be the last and final time he speaks to you. If you sign with them, you will be directed to a partner within the firm. They will tell you they work together but in actuality, nobody is on the same page, it’s incredibly difficult to get ahold of anyone, and their staff is clueless. Our experience will Bill was especially bad. He’s rude and has no idea what is happening within the firm.There are many great lawyers in the area. Please do your research.

I got really good results from thesepeople that seemed to really care. I hated to have to hire lawyers to defend me. I talked on the phone with some and left messages all over the county. None of them impressed me, some were like really pushy and others just never called back. These guys took my call and they helped me on the first call. These are people I would use again. Bill, Kevin and the whole team they were great for me. I would use them again if I need one.

The office is easy to find (with parking right in front), and the staff is very welcoming, friendly, and efficient! I have used this firm on two occasions. Bill would always spend a lot of time with me, answering all of my questions and concerns. He was ultimately able to resolve both of my legal issues in a timely manner, and I am very happy with the results! I HIGHLY recommend the Law Offices of William Ausman!!! :D

This firm took my case and accomplished what I would call a modern day miracle. I would highly recommend this firm to anyone who needs an experienced law firm that gets results. There wasnt a single court date where i wasnt done in five minutes or that required me to speak. My attorney Veronique handled everything and the judge granted every motion and request for order that Veronique made and filed. I am forever grateful for them taking on the fight i have been unable to fight myself and taking the upperhand away from the system and the other party and actually being in the best interest for my son who just wanted to be back in his fathers care. Very disappointed with this office. Kevin was late to our very first hearing, so we didn’t get to talk about details. I had no idea what to expect having never done this before. I feel he was completely incompetent with the manner in which he counsels. I had to continually call the office to ask about my case. Twice I was given wrong dates for hearings. I feel a lot of the leg work was done by myself. I was told I did not have to be present during the last hearing, so I’m at work in the midst of COVID with patients dying, and who calls me, Kevin Ramey! I have to try and listen in on this hearing through his cell phone while working and then the judge wants to postpone, Kevin said nothing so I took control and got things done. Don’t waste your time or money with this office. It may have been better if Mr Ausman had been my lawyer, but I’m not so sure now. I was told by Tiffany they’ve had a large turnover recently and the billing is a mess. I keep receiving invoices, that were “stuck” in the invoices not to be billed. I have serious doubts about the competency level of this office. Tori Keen is the only competent and kind person working there. My case was over in January and I’m still fighting them about what I supposedly owe them. I sincerely wish I had gone to someone else, and I would never recommend this office to anyone.

I have now used this office twice. Both times left a bad taste in my mouth. I would not suggest using them unless you want to do half of the work yourself. I consistently had to call in to find out what the progress was. Never did I get quality follow through. At the end of my case, they asked if I needed their services any longer and for my new address, to which i responded no an gave it to them. I assumed(my bad) that they would close out my account and send me a refund check for the remaining deposit not used. Incorrect! It took 3 months, several hasty phone calls, plenty of run around and excuses before they even told me the balance remaining. I then waited for the check, only to find out it was $200 less than I was told!! Subpar customer service, questionable knowledge of the law and lack of billing ability make this a 3 star at best review. Good luck to anyone already retaining them.

Do Not Hire this Lawfirm!They are scandals.I payed nearly $5,000 for their assistance in a ridiculous case about wearing a mask in a radiology. I had a broken back seeking an xray and was previously concust. 3 Sheriffs threw me to the ground with my broken back twisted and slammed my head against a wall.Bill Ausman got me a plea deal to pay an additional fine and community service which i declined to take because im the victim.. He then refused to work further with me in my request for body cam footage, he requested to be removed from my case to judge and pocketed my money.DO NOT HIRE THIS LAWFIRM!

Mr. Ausmans office deals with divorce, family law, personal injury law and criminal defense. Im very surprised about some of the negative reviews that I have seen. Like with any lawyer, you need to set guidelines, limits, and have an open dialogue at all times. Accordingly, he handles very complex and emotional cases; people will naturally overreact to any slight. That being said, I had a wonderful experience with Mr. Ausman and his team. Call backs were timely and he listened intently to what were the needs in my specific case. The outcome was positive because we worked collaboratively in this case together. I highly recommend you give Mr. Ausman a chance to handle your case at all levels. He gets a full 5 stars!
