DO NOT ALLOW THEM TO PUT YOU ON CLOUD STORAGE- WHEN YOU TRANSITION FROM THEM, THEY WILL NOT HELP YOU AND LEAVE YOU UNABLE TO ACCESS YOUR FILES AND IMPEDE YOUR ENTIRE BUSINESS OPERATION.Absolute worst. We were customers with them for approximately 2 years. Non stop problems. They would come out to fix and convinced to upgrade, which would then be followed by months of problems and according billing.As a small business we were then dropped because we were too small a company. Yes. That is what they told us.Upon transition, Egnyte (the cloud file server)- that they convinced us we needed, is not at all accessible. MEANING- WE HAVE NO ACCESS TO ANY FILES WHICH HAULTS ENTIRELY ALL OUR WORK. Spoke to Egnyte and after walking us through and us still not being able to access, they advised us to contact our prior point of contact- Jesse Williams.When we contacted him and explained our situation, his response was, “you’re no longer our client”- basically that he is washing his hands clean of us- leaving us high and dry completely unable to operate our business due to lack of access. When we pleaded with him for help, he said “well this is going to billable”- yet another attempt at robbing us instead of helping us transition as should be the standard when releasing a client.You have been forewarned. Time and finance sensitive duties are now on hold and will negatively impact our clients- thanks 805 IT guys for yet again screwing us for the final time.

Need an IT Department? Well, call 805 IT and youve got one. These guys work hard to help integrate with your system and protect it from hacking. They literally can solve any problem related to IT. I call them the Solution Guys, they call themselves 805 IT Guys

I would not recommend Matt and his team to anyone. They are not as responsive as they claim to be, they will hold you hostage for missed payments (and they dont take credit card) and he will not work with you to transition your services amicably. Instead he will dodge your calls and impede your business operations.

My company just switched to the 805 IT Guys for our IT help and am extremely pleased. I was able to reach someone immediately and they solved my problem within minutes and went out of their way to help on another storage problem and actually followed up with me afterwards!!! Highly recommend!

I had a ghost take over my computer - I could see the cursor being moved without touching it. Then everything went crazy - could move docs, open docs (read only), download docs, etc. In a panic I called these guys. They kept me calm while giving me several different ways to work it out on my end. So they helped me to NOT need them! So very nice of them - very helpful, very professional-unlike 2 other places I called. After I did what they told me to...no more problem! Kinda like miracle workers :) Thanks guys!

I had some misgivings about call in an outside service to help me with a networking issue. We were in over our heads and bit the bullet. Matt and Jesse worked tirelessly and got our problem solved. It was crunch time and these guys came through! I definitely recommend their service. I’ll use the 805 IT Guys again if I need them.
