Greg was knowledgeable, courteous, efficient, and cost-effective. Theres a reason he has a 5.0 rating. I know this sounds hyperbolic, but Ive never experienced a computer repair service as satisfying as this one. It only cost me around $200 to have my crashed computer up and running again within the amount of days it took for the parts to arrive, and before I contacted him I was on the verge of spending 5 times that amount on a new laptop.Do yourself a favor and get your tech repaired by Greg!

Friendly fast service. I tried fixing my computer on my own for a week and even though I won’t be able to salvage my gaming PC (built 13 years ago and probably on its last leg) Greg saved me several weeks of trying to trouble shoot the problem on my own. I was very hesitant to take my personal computer to a stranger, Greg was transparent helpful and didn’t try to push any services I didn’t need. Can’t go wrong with this guy.

Definitely 5 stars. Greg is knowledgeable and professional. I met him at a workshop of his house. It is clean, spacey and organized. His schedule is very flexible. I called him and got an immediate on-site appointment, even after 7 pm. He spent more than 30 minutes to make a detailed diagnosis on my laptop and made his suggestions. He talked to you like your friend and made you feel he really tried to help you instead of making money from you. Shortly after I left, he already found the price of parts and sent me the breakdown quote. He didn’t charge me anything for the time he spent on diagnosis and estimate, didn’t even ask for small deposit. I believe he is the best computer service guy you can find in this area.

I found Gary by accident about 3 years ago hes an excellent repairman very fair with the prices and he takes very good care of his customers. How I met him I called his company asked and inquired about some information and he gave me free information on a problem I had with a previous computer that made it possible for me to use it until he changed over the hard drive and got a new one set up for me. Most technicians will not give you free information thats what I really appreciate about Gary thats why I keep going back.

Greg has been looking after our computers for more years than I care to remember. He provides a level of service that no other business Ive experienced has ever come close to. Equally important, he is the most skilled computer technician, diagnostician and engineer that Ive ever met and his prices are reasonable and fair. I know this referral sounds too good to be true - it isnt and Id recommend Five Star without reservation.

My wife and I have used Gregs services to maintain our familys computers for the last nine plus years. His knowledge of Windows computers, their operating systems and software is encyclopedic. His repair abilities are extraordinary - weve never had a problem that Greg cant correct and he genuinely wants you satisfied so his work is always completed on or before he promised it and at or below his estimate. Went to get my computer fixed for an overheating issue. Im an avid gamer and having my rig running well is very important to me. Greg was patient, professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. He immediately diagnosed the issue, told me a bunch of ways he could fix/improve my setup. Price was extremely fair and he was incredibly responsive. I will be using his services in the future for sure.

Greg is very knowledgeable about computers, he used to build them from scratch and has been doing this for over 20 years. He gives great attention to details and is a pleasure to deal with!Took my laptop to upgrade memory and Greg handled my machine with care and adjusted default system settings to optimize the performance.
