Nice place, light industrial vibes. Nice staff, good indoor and outdoor seating that is dog friendly. However, the beer itself is very mediocre if youre an IPA kinda person. Decent to good burger and fries for $18, the food is better than the beer kinda place

A beer selection is very nice. I’ve tried tart wheat (that was something new for me), golden ale and german style lager - all three were really good. Outside vibe with wooden tables and train that interrupt company stories once in an hour is a fun. And it was such a warm feeling of being like home when I saw Ukrainian flag 😍🇺🇦 thank you for such support and #StandWithUkraine spirit! I and my Ukrainian friends sincerely appreciate it 🫶

Perfect spot to hang out between an early hotel check out and an afternoon flight. Not a large variety but what they do have knocks it out of the park. Food is delicious, Hefeweizen is very unique, and the pinball machines are paid for with an app. Staff members are super friendly and want to make sure youre enjoying everything you order.

Awesome place to hang out. Tucked away from the business of the city with a great space for lots of people. Parking slightly limited but the food was great, the pinball machines were super fun (they have a change machine, and many of them are pay via an app). Beer was good too! Hope to be back next time I’m in the area waiting for my wife’s flight to land!

Located in a warehouse district, this brewery has some potential! Has good beer, albeit the selection when we went was a bit limited (their fridge was down, so unsure if that was normal). Nice outdoor seating & reasonable amount of indoor seating. Several pinball machines, with a couple offering ample play time.The burgers are alright— def could use a better sauce. Perhaps a sriracha mayo or catsup? The truffle fries are a must, really good. Again, their sauce options are limited (regular ketchup & mustard packets), so a quality sauce can make the fries 🔥All in all, reasonable spot. The staff was very nice.

Free parking in the back and street parking is also available. Lots of indoor and outdoor seating. Havent tried their food, but it looked good. Not too many beers to choose from. Ill come back and see if theyll have more beers next time.

Very casual place, outdoor seating was not the best with old picnic tables, order at the counter. Staff is friendly, restroom was clean, but the best thing was the beer: Very fresh- tasting and strong. Food was also tasty and plentiful portions, though limited options. Sitting near the Pinball machines was a little loud, so we moved outside.

The location itself is pretty cool. There is plenty of space, a beer garden, and a handful of pinball machines. The staff seemed friendly enough.However, the beer and food were not good. The pale ale was so hoppy I was barely able to choke it down. The tart ale was not tart and lacked flavor. The pepperoni flatbread was terrible, frankly. Not only did the sauce taste more like ketchup than marinara, but they used cheddar instead of mozzarella for some reason and didnt mention anything when I ordered. I had 2 pieces of 8-10 before my stomach told me I needed to stop.

One of the best breweries on the peninsula. Very chill atmosphere with a brand new remodeled warehouse housing their taproom and brewery. Owners are super friendly and excited about this new venture. The first four brews they had on tap were simple and so tasty. Loved the farmhouse ale. Looking forward to many many more visits. They also will be serving some sausages with their brews soon.

I came here to meet a few friends for lunch. A few of my friends had been there already, saying a flight was only $15. The brewery was hidden behind some buildings, and the entrance was also in the back. They had a small parking lot in the back. There was some outdoor benches to sit at. We walked in and I immediately noticed how big it was inside. It seemed big, but actually not that many benches/tables to sit at. They also allowed dogs inside. After sitting down, they had some pinball/arcade machines on the side. There were a few board games also.I was pretty set on getting a flight since it was cheap, but then I noticed how small their selection was. They offer 20oz and 10oz cups. I ended up trying and getting the Pink Boots IPA. It wasnt as bitter as most IPAs and I really liked it. I also ordered a chicken quesadilla. My friends got the cider, wings, and the steak sandwich. The food came out pretty fast after we ordered. The quesadilla was average sized and came with sour cream, salsa, and guac. The steak sandwich looked really good and came with fries. The wings were spicy. The food went well with our drinks.Overall, the brewery is nice with a parking lot, open space, and games. I wish they had some more drink options. I would probably come back again since its convenient and affordable.

This place is everything you’re looking for, so just stop looking. A humble brewery with an awesome beer selection and absolutely tasty food. Another Google reviewer mentioned their truffle fries and that’s what brought us in (along with being completely dog friendly, inside and out). It was a great way to spend a few hours watching the Warriors game. They have TVs, arcade games, a patio, good food, good drink, good vibes - everything you want!

47 Hill Brewing Company was a very nice Brewery. It was very clean and had a nice atmosphere. We showed up a little later in the night and the place was packed. Even with it being packed service was overall all very decent servers seemed a bit rushed so in turn not all that friendly but that could be expected with how busy it was.Beers were very good and the food looked and smelled amazing but we had already eaten so we didnt get a chance to try any.Not being from around the area the only main issue was getting to the brewery especially in the dark. It was hard to know where to turn as the street side of the building is not well lit and didnt see signs we had to do a couple u turns to finally get into the back parking lot where the main entrance is and that side of the building is all well lit.The outdoor space is very nice and there is plenty of space inside and outside of the brewery for big groups.I would definitely recommend this brewery to anyone looking at breweries in the area.

What a fun place to relax. Grab a beer & head outside for bench & table. The Decoy reminds of kolsch Ive tasted in Munich. This was refreshing & light, a nice way to start the evening. Ordered the Bavarian bratwurst with all the fixings. Not sure but the veggies tasted as if it may have been steamed in beer; which wouldnt be surprising. The brat has a kick along with the lovely aromatic herbs. Excellent! The poutine has (beer!) gravy, medium cheddar, flecks of beef, & scallions. The fries were sized between a steak frite and a shoestring. They were a bit aggressive on the gravy, bottom resulted soggy fries. Whomp whomp. Well, unless thats your thing! If you like hoppy beer, the Slappy IPA may be your drink. Heady, bold, nice finish. Stands on its own - I really like it! The meatballs & garlic bread was filling and fulfilling. Id return for that!

Dont mind the very industrial setting. Absolutely freezing and more windy sitting outside than you would think. The bacon poutine fries were at least crispy. Flatbread BBQ chicken was average. Saison beer was disappointing. Wasnt crisp but mouth feel very heavy and thick and lacked flavor and aroma.

In South City. Had some time to kill.. Googled local Breweries and this place came up.. Decided to give it a try.. I meet John when I walked in, I told him it was my first time to visit. He went out of his way to explain his beers.. He even went the extra mile to bring me so tasters while I was waiting before I ordered with the waitress. I had the Hazy Memory IPA from his recommendation. I also ordered the pineapple habanero hot wings even though I was not hungry but I felt obligated, due to the exceptional welcome I received from John.Now for the wings the pineapple flavor came out from the start. Then the heat followed. Sense I enjoy spicy, I enjoyed. These wings are not for the weak, but if you enjoy spicy you will like. I enjoyed themAnd now for the beer. It came in a 20 ounce so I only had one. But if I wasn’t driving I would have tried more. The IPA was kind of a cloudy IPA . It had a little bitter hoppy flavor. Not as hoppy as some. Overall I really enjoyed it.This place is located in a working warehouse area. The place was clean it has community tables seating inside, a little game room with some tables there and outdoor seating. I enjoyed my experience and will return.

The experience at this brewery was phenomenal. The food is extremely underrated. They only had 4 of their beers on draft, I tried 3 plus a guest rap. The saison was quite nice, their Hazy ipa was very tasty, did not try the stout, their dipa was a little phenolic / harsh, but Ill forgive that as Im sensitive to it. The food... Holy Mother of baby Jesus the food. The garlic fries. Get two. I promise. The brisket and pork are amazing, had them in the tacos and in the spicy nachos...oh my delicious. Get them, thank me later. Their quesabirria tacos were absolutely delicious. As someone who hadnt heard of them, basically a hard shell taco, stuffed with cheese and meat, grilled and then shredded onion/lettuce, and a fantastic house made sauce /salsa, mmm.Staff was all super friendly and laid back. This is the kind of place youre looking for if youre a beer geek a d enjoy good food. Prices were also super fair for sf area. We will be back when we come thru sf. The arcade has us hooked!

Highly recommend the truffle fries and wings. Their wings bring the heat though, so be prepared!!Staff is super friendly and very helpful! Great new brewery in town. They have parking in back or easy on street parking.Once you walk in note the high ceilings with open atmosphere. They have a long bar, long tables, and an outdoor patio. A couple tvs hang up high on the walls so great for watching games.They had about 5 beers on tap ranging from light to a dark porter. You can do a sampler or just get a pint of whatever you like.Starting 5/13 they will open the kitchen and start serving small bites. Yum.

The perfect hidden gem! Excellent food options to pair with great beer. The staff is friendly and attentive. I had the Biria tacos and they might be the best in the Peninsula. Super chill atmosphere and dog friendly. So, basically, everything youve been looking for in a hangout spot. Outside tables to enjoy th beautiful Bay Area weather... paired with a beer and I can see why this place is loved by many. If you havent checked it out youre missing out. Came here yesterday and ordered the Double IPA “Hard Out” which was advertised under the $7 20oz house brewed beers. However, I was served the beer in a 10oz glass. The only beer on the menu which was advertised as less than 20oz was the Barleywine, so I felt like I got ripped off. The beer was decent, but $7 for a 10oz IPA was not worth the price.

They have the best pilsners Ive ever had here: Yelling at cars. This is probably my favorite beer. Very crisp, clean, and refreshing! Im excited about it every time. I dont know why they call it yelling at cars. The outdoor patio, friendly staff, and friendly patrons (h/t to the family that scooted down a seat to make room!) make me stay and chat with my buddies quite happily! Its been good through the last couple years I have been going to this place. I felt like a regular customer until today. Today they said it was closed to regular every day customers like me due to a one day tech company meeting event. They decided to trade my business of a least 3 days a week for a one day event. Like I said its been good, I didnt leave they just decided my business is not good today and who knows if they want my business tomorrow or the day after. I wish this place good luck and sadly I just going to have to find a different place where I can have a beer and some food after work.

I love the funky industrial setting for this brewery. Nestled in between car shops and construction offices you find this gem of a place thats perfect for an afternoon brew and some bites. When permitted, indoor eating is awesome in that there are old school pinball machines. During the pandemic when allowed to eat outdoors, they still have a fantastic selection of beers and a limited availability from the kitchen. One of my favorites would their truffle fries!

OK, THERE ARE SO MANY THINGS WRONG HERE. First, finding the place difficult at best. No real signs to pull in and park. There is an ally on the side, with no clear marking. I ordered a lager and got a short 12 ounce beer. For the price a pint would have been more appropriate. But OK, the food must great. So I ordered the brisket sandwich with a n order of truffle fries. I got hugh oder of fries. Not much truffle. Just a boat load of fries. The brisket sandwich was all fat. $33 LATER I WAS BAMBOOZELED. NO GO HERE. .

Our favorite spot! They added more food and every thing is so tasty. The beer is wonderful, the music is good, the games are fun, the space is big and the atmosphere is so chill. We bring our kids because they love it and ask to go. They love seeing the train, planes and construction trucks. Its dog friendly too. Today I ate almost everything on the menu lol.

I cannot drink beer, but luckily 47 Hills always has at least one cider from South City Cider on tap. My company chooses 47 Hills as an occasional happy hour location, and we can usually get a big table reserved. For the nicer weather days, there is also outdoor seating. It would be nice to see additional food selection because I cannot order off the menu, but my dietary restrictions are much greater than an average person. Coworkers really enjoy the truffle fries and hot wings.

Tried to pawn off a can as a draught beer for $8. Wagyu burger was 2 Costco patties sloppily assembled for $18. Then a 20% tip for counter service. Ended up paying $35 for 1 mediocre burger and 1 garden-variety witbier. The pour wasnt even a full pint, looked like 12oz. Severely overpriced.The plus is the vibe. Pinball is fun and outdoor seating is nice (until a train roars by and blasts you with its horn, but thats the peninsula for you.)

Wonderful home taps! Fabulous and delicious selection. Loved the malty Porter, Mosaic IPA, and need to try their Farmhouse Ale and food. Came on a Saturday in the afternoon after a hike along Highway 1, and enjoyed yummy $6 pints of fresh beer. 47 Hills opened in February of 2017, and they have wifi and clean spacious restrooms. Park in the back. Great outdoor seating too for dogs. Kids allowed. Lots of board games too.

Stopped in to support a local business during this difficult time. I was looking for an easy Pilsner or Lager beer to enjoy and was introduced to their Kolsch Ale. A beautiful taproom in South San Francisco. Open, large windows, outdoor seating, warm and inviting atmosphere. The owners have done an incredible job transforming the space and creating a wonderful experience. Great in-house beers and guest beers on tap.

Friends and I have visited this place four times so far, and everybody has been enchanted. I have tried the IPA and Porter, and both were excellent, and then there are the bratwurst, which in my opinion are one of two best I have ever tried in the States. And the owners and bartenders are very friendly and helpful.Erwin

Extremely rude manager/owner ruined lunch. We were having a nice time, lunch with a glass of beer together with a 13 month old child and 9 year old dog when the manager rudely in front of the entire crowd asked us to leave. Supposedly our dog lunged at the bartender and the owner has a scar from our dog biting him previously. Neither could be further from the truth. Were not quite sure what this managers issue is, but this clearly isnt a dog friendly establishment. Thats of course ok as a policy, but make this your actual policy and dont embarrass your customers in front of the entire place with made up excuses. The dog was on a 2 ft leash, so both of the claimed issues are impossible to have happened.
