2024-05-16 15:58:26We have been very pleased with our experience with 360 payments. Like with any multi-location onboarding, there were a few hiccups but the support team was very active in helping us to identify and resolve the issues. Their pricing has been fantastic, even beating out the integrated solution from our Point of Sale. Also, their reconciliation is very straightforward since they take their fees on a lump sum monthly basis. Would recommend using them!

2024-03-08 21:08:49I run a small business and have been using 360 Payments for coming up on seven years. As a small business owner, I have a lot on my plate, and my credit card processor should stay off my mind unless theres an issue. Most of the time, I dont even think about my processor because everything works exactly as expected. Over the years, Ive had about four instances where I needed help or had questions. Just recently, a significant issue arose, that did not directly involve 360, but they were able to use their expertise to guide me through to a excellent solution. I find their rates very competitive, and their customer service second to none. They dont use annoying phone trees, they answer the phone promptly, and they respond to emails very quickly. A super company - Id give them more than five stars if I could.

2023-08-31 09:22:08I only wish I had been aware of them sooner. We at Yoders Auto Repair have been lied to, cheated, overcharged, stuck with unbreakable exorbitant leases by Riverside & Velocity processing. I am now on a no-contract, month to month basis with 360.They have done everything they said they would, customer service is awesome, and it seamlessly integrates with my management software including text to pay. THANK YOU 360.

Any time we have needed to call customer service for anything (even dumb questions!) the representatives are always friendly and courteous. If you need a payment processor for your business, I would highly recommend 360 Payments!

2023-08-02 12:29:17Not happy with this service at all, was told customer would be billed fees for credit card charge but we keep getting charged all the fees every month. After speaking to customer service several times nothing changed. When I called to cancel service, I was told they set my account up wrong from the start, but someone would contact me to fix it, that was two weeks ago still havent heard from them but yet we were charged another months fees. Would not recommend at all.

2018-09-13 17:31:55What can I say about 360 that their staff hasn’t already emulated? Well, they are absolutely amazing, from Lisa first helping me get signed up, to the equipment, technical support and the entire process of using them has been by far the best customer service experience I’ve ever received in this industry! On top of the great customer service, they have the best rates I’ve been able to find anywhere! Great job 360, keep up the amazing work!

2021-10-04 13:27:51We were using our local bank for credit card processing because we had been burned by two other companies. We chose to try 360 based on a referral from someone we trust. As you can Imagine, I had tons of questions that Jesse answered and guided us throught the process. No surprises. We are enjoying our new terminals that work with our shop management software, our online pay portal is working great and have added text-to-pay to our methods of payment. Very happy with 360 Payments.
