We have been very pleased with our experience with 360 payments. Like with any multi-location onboarding, there were a few hiccups but the support team was very active in helping us to identify and resolve the issues. Their pricing has been fantastic, even beating out the integrated solution from our Point of Sale. Also, their reconciliation is very straightforward since they take their fees on a lump sum monthly basis. Would recommend using them!

I run a small business and have been using 360 Payments for coming up on seven years. As a small business owner, I have a lot on my plate, and my credit card processor should stay off my mind unless theres an issue. Most of the time, I dont even think about my processor because everything works exactly as expected. Over the years, Ive had about four instances where I needed help or had questions. Just recently, a significant issue arose, that did not directly involve 360, but they were able to use their expertise to guide me through to a excellent solution. I find their rates very competitive, and their customer service second to none. They dont use annoying phone trees, they answer the phone promptly, and they respond to emails very quickly. A super company - Id give them more than five stars if I could.

I only wish I had been aware of them sooner. We at Yoders Auto Repair have been lied to, cheated, overcharged, stuck with unbreakable exorbitant leases by Riverside & Velocity processing. I am now on a no-contract, month to month basis with 360.They have done everything they said they would, customer service is awesome, and it seamlessly integrates with my management software including text to pay. Not happy with this service at all, was told customer would be billed fees for credit card charge but we keep getting charged all the fees every month. After speaking to customer service several times nothing changed. When I called to cancel service, I was told they set my account up wrong from the start, but someone would contact me to fix it, that was two weeks ago still havent heard from them but yet we were charged another months fees. Would not recommend at all.

What can I say about 360 that their staff hasn’t already emulated? Well, they are absolutely amazing, from Lisa first helping me get signed up, to the equipment, technical support and the entire process of using them has been by far the best customer service experience I’ve ever received in this industry! On top of the great customer service, they have the best rates I’ve been able to find anywhere! Great job 360, keep up the amazing work!

We were using our local bank for credit card processing because we had been burned by two other companies. We chose to try 360 based on a referral from someone we trust. As you can Imagine, I had tons of questions that Jesse answered and guided us throught the process. No surprises. We are enjoying our new terminals that work with our shop management software, our online pay portal is working great and have added text-to-pay to our methods of payment. Credit card processing....seems like every one and their mother is trying to sell credit card processing. When you change processors it not a smooth transition. 360 payments is the last cc processor i will ever have. The company is wonderful to work with, if i need to call, a real live person is there! i highly recommend 360 payment! In previous years I have had nothing but nightmares with payments systems. I was worried that this company would be the same. To my wonderful surprise it was an amazing experience. The customer support is nearly instant. Everything was up and running smoothly within 2 hours. I couldnt be happier. - I am also a Canadian client and sometimes US to Canada accounts can be challenging but not this time. I wished I had switched years ago!!

He even made onsite visits.360 customer service is excellent and they communicate in understandable terms not corporate gibberish. They are responsive, upbeat problem solvers as well. It’s a great product at a fair price with no add-on B.S. charges.If you give them a try or are already a customer and like what they are doing, spread the word. They deserve it

360 is the small company with BIG service. I wish all of our vendors were as responsive and focused on problem solving as this team. Daniel is amazing, and his focus on the client is fantastic. I mostly deal with him for resolving issues with our devices and can always count on an immediate solution. If you are looking for a payment processor, or to switch, these guys are the way to go. I wish our relationship with all our vendors was this seamless - one less headache for an IT manager to deal with.

I am so glad that I got started with 360 payments. They have been absolutely spot on with everything they said they would provide. I recently had an issue with my automatic settlement time and so I called. Stephane took the call and was able to get the change made and instruct me on how to reset the box at my end. So easy!If you want accurate and cost effective credit card processing I dont know why you would talk to anyone else!

Really happy with the service thus far from 360 Payments. I was really impressed by the welcome videos from Lisa Coyle. I believe that it was Stephanie that walked me through the setup of the equipment and she did a great job. Enjoyed the initial implementation and application with Jesse to get me started. I met 360 Payment representatives at a conference for automotive management several months ago and now wish that I had signed up sooner. I could have been saving money earlier.

The most valuable aspect for us is immediate customer support we receive any time an issue arises. For any business this is super important. Ive waited much to long to comment on 360 Payments. Ive been with them for over 10 years and they are a very solid company that delivers every thing they promise. It took me forever to switch to there service because I hate the hassle of swapping bookkeeping, bank account numbers and all the other things involved is the switch. Best thing we ever did. They actually call and come by to see how thing are going.When something is amiss a single phone call will connect to a live personwho will work to correct the situation at hand; quickly.Ive really had some bad (big name) companies that were terrible to say the least. Lisa and her team are incredible, most people do not understand how credit card processing works and think... all companies are the same and the big banks have me covered so why would I meet with someone about this?Switching to 360 saved my company 7 THOUSAND DOLLARS PER MONTH. They sent us the terminal, we plugged it in, they got into our computer and synced everything up and got it working in under an hour. We had one small issue, called them and we had it fixed same day. After dealing with Paypros for several years this is a welcome change. At 360 I can actually speak with some one, almost immediately, who will resolve any questions usually on the spot. With Paypros I could be on hold for an hour with no resolution to why I called. 360 Payments excellent customer service is what makes them stand out above all the other credit card processors! Plus we are saving tons of money every month with their flat rate for fees. No more hidden fees on the statements or signing a contract. They actually do everything they say they will do! We couldnt be happier with them!

The Campbell Chamber of Commerce uses 360 Payments for our payment processing for our large scale Festivals and they offer a level of customer service support we find to be unmatched. The equipment is easy to use for the hundreds of volunteers we have and they made sure our staff was informed and aware of how to handle the payments from our patrons.Our rep, Jenelle Bouchard, was insightful and took the time to really listen to the needs we had and made adjustments accordingly while getting us ready to take payments for the festival.
