I want to start by saying that 360 LA has the best customer service. I booked them over a year ago, had our date moved and venue changed and they were so understanding. They responded back to my inquiries quickly and they were always so professional. Now, the day of the wedding, Austin arrived early to set up, communicated with me the whole time and was very sweet and friendly to all of our guests. The Photo Booth was a big hit and so much fun. I would not hesitate to book them again. The digital file was delivered the next morning and it was great seeing everyone’s clip. Just book them!! No regrets!

360 LA video was amazing.Alan was 1000% on point, punctual, great equipment and the props were super fun. We had a blast. All my guests were happy they loved the service that was provided. Did I also say how great the price was compared to the rest?And as if that wasnt enough he got my daughter a super cute gift for her quinceanera, he also sent us a free edited video. Im so glad I trusted Alan with my event. I called to a lot of companies, but Alan was super professional from the first second. You cant go wrong here!

I had the pleasure of experiencing 360 LA Videobooth at my daughters Quinceañera 4/6, and I must say, it exceeded all expectations. Fabian, our friendly operator, made the entire experience delightful.The 360 video clips were a huge hit among our guests, adding an exciting twist to traditional photo booths. The abundance of props provided endless entertainment, and the option to customize the border overlay and select a personalized song made it even better!I booked over a year from the event date and I was so impressed by the professionalism when talking to Alan.Overall, I highly recommend 360 LA Videobooth for any event. I booked a 360 Photo Booth for a nonprofit Halloween event with 360 LA Video Booth. Alan was extremely helpful in the booking process and worked with me to get everything exactly as I wanted it for the event. He gave me all the details and what I needed to know ahead of time and sent me different options for packages, video overlays and more. At the event, setting up the booth was simple and they handled everything very professionally. I was told by numerous guests that the staff working the booth was very fun and friendly and I can’t thank them enough for helping to make the party even better. Alan sent me all the video links the very next day and even created a montage of my guests. Highly recommend and will use again!

Great service! We used them for a technology team event at Netflix’s Animation Studio. Reached out to this company and heard back within the same hour. My family had the best time having the Photo 360 at our party! The young kids had a blast with the bubble gun! My niece and her friends love, love, loved it!!!! It “made” the party! From start to finish, Alan was simply awesome. Upon recommendation, we thought it’d be fun to have a 360 booth at our milestone birthday party. We shopped around and was quoted insane prices. We then met Alan, who was very fair in his pricing, and super responsive. I was a little nervous given his business is so new, but he was great in providing me with referrals - and he showed up early, looking professional and got along with all the guests - and now having worked with him, I can see why his business is growing so quickly! Post-party, he went above and beyond to provide us with amazing video compilation as well. I highly recommend Alan!!

We searched so much for a 360 photobooth and we couldnt be more happy we chose this particular one. Alan answered all our questions before the event and while at the event. He was extremely patient, kind, brought everything that was promised, on time, reasonable and hardworking to make it right. My family and I all had a blast. We HIGHLY recommend him.P.S.
