I was looking for a dress to go clubbing that had a sexier vibe than the outfits that I brought with me. I found the perfect dress here for only $10 and it fit like a glove. The store had a good selection of clothing pieces for a reasonable price.

DO NOT SELL HERE. MAJOR SCAM.this store is ok for thrifting but TERRIBLE for selling. the wait is really long, which they do let you know before hand, but their offers are absolutely horrible. they gave me 12$ for 37 items, which is about 3 cents per item..don’t even waste your precious time coming here. if you really want to sell your clothes, go to uptown cheapskate across the street instead. they are a bit more picky and will still give you pretty low offers (i gave them 4 items for 12$) but their offers are at least more reasonable compared to 2nd street. will never sell here again, and i hope nobody else makes the same mistake that i did. ❤️

Cute clothes sold here but do not sell here. I had 6 pieces of clothing total and they told me that they would pay me $1.50. Also I waited at least an hour and a half which they do give you a heads up about the wait time but the reviews are true selling your clothes here is a scam. For 6 pieces of clothing they were only giving me .25 cents just to sell the pieces for $10 and up that’s crazy lol

Couldnt believe how much this place tried to rip me off. After asking for a price breakdown they really tried to offer me 10 CENTS for 5 shirts. I wouldve preferred they told me that they couldnt take them. Do yourself a favor and go across the street instead. Why wait all day for such a measly offer when you could get an appraisal done in a half hour instead. STAY AWAY

I love the idea of this place but I was sold a bag for a crazy high price that had relatively no value. No solutions offered for the bag and no management has sought to solve the problem for me either. Major customer there as well.

The store is a scam and a one hit wonder. i’ve found something nice in here once and never found anything again. this place also tried to buy a new $300 dollar jacket off of me for $1. do not attempt at selling things here unless you want to waste your time and be belittled. never going back again!

10 cents for a 50 dollar BRAND new blouse? 56 cents for a brand new $160 dollar Gucci bag? This place is NOT even worth selling your brand new stuff. My advice… go to the Swap-meets in paramount or in LA… they will give you a WAYYYYYY BETTER and decent price for your offerings. Just have to go around and ask and TRUST. YOU will find someone interested 😁But never sell your BRAND new things at this dreadful place! Your welcome

They actually have a really good selection of name brand shoes. They are a bit pricey in comparison to other thrift stores but they do have good finds. A lot of graphic tees, not much of a flannel selection (maybe a seasonal thing). I’d recommend for balling on a budget or attempts to get good deals on designer brands. Not much of a plus size selection but they do have good stuff.

Dont sell to this place. I took multiple items ( BDG jackets, Madewell sweaters, etc) in new or great shape that in total were valued at $175-$200, and they only offered me $25. When I questioned why I was being offered so little, the employee said that it was because they cant resell their items for much more, which was a complete lie because they were selling t-shirts for $20. They will rip you off. Youre better off selling to other used clothes stores or even selling your own items on Poshmark. Ive gotten better deals for my used clothes at Buffalo Exchange and Crossroads.

I wish all second hand stores looked and smell like 2nd street. Not only do they have great items but they are very reasonably priced. The clothing, shoes and accessories are like brand new + they have luxury brands. Look forward to buying & selling here again. Nicholas was extremely helpful, great customer service.

Dont bother coming here to sell anything; really, dont. Id be wary of purchasing as well. Ive been in this store a couple of times, one time because I had a pair of shoes I wanted to see if I could quickly sell instead of dealing with it online and they quoted me $100 for shoes that are selling for an average of $650 and upwards of $1100 on retailers like StockX and Grailed because they arent whats in these days even though the shoes didnt come out very long ago and I see StockX selling multiple pairs a month. If I had accepted their offer, there is no doubt in my mind that they would have given me $100 and priced the shoes at around $700 to get a $600 profit. Left the place and never came back. Before that visit, I came to purchase a couple of things and showed them a 10% off discount code for signing up for their newsletter. They looked at my phone, discussed with another co-worker for 5 minutes, and said We cant use discount codes on any items you have because theyve all been marked down ... Obviously theyve been marked down, theyre used.. Its funny to me how you cant take 10% off of a $600 item because its been marked down Still bought the items but definitely wont be back. Try your luck on local businesses on Instagram that source rarer and older items than this store does while pricing them lower or a site like Grailed that has nearly anything you would want.

While I do agree that this is one of the worst places to resell with however there are other pieces that theyre actually sell are really cool, like the handbag section and the customer but I would not recommend it 4 resale or consign its a definite no for me LOL they are picky and I actually enjoy shopping but not selling with them

Love the staff! Very friendly. I can’t remember his name but a tall asian guy with glasses was SO NICE! He showed me bags I was asking for and even showed me more that were not in the floor. They are always polite and friendly. Prices are fair compared to other locations. Will definitely come back.

Their online website is absolutely wild. in the past month i placed more than $2k in orders with them. i receive roughly a third of the product i paid for. it wasn’t until i contacted them that i found out the items i didn’t receive were sold out. up til me doing detective work they made no effort to tell me these items were sold out or that i needed a refund. it wasn’t until i forced their hand at refunding me that i got back my money for the product they advertised that they didn’t actually have. questionable business ethic and practices at the absolute best. at the worst a bizarre scam that places faith in people not checking the quantity of what they ordered.

Avoid selling your items at this store they dont even buy a percentage of what items are worth and then go ahead and flip it for over resale I brought in a couple thousand dollars worth of items and they had the audacity to offer me 90 bucks for everything in total which I knew I just wanted to get a idea on how their business works and theyre into ripping off customers and overpricing their items just another Millennial trying to rip off people in bad situations they said its mainly for a fast cash situation; ie, meaning theyre looking for people that either stole items or are in a bad situation and want to take advantage of them. Steer clear if youre smart enough to know what your items are worth you wont be selling to them or buying from them.

Terrible store and service. I took several new sneakers there that I had never worn and just had sitting on a shelf. They said the shoes were too old and worn. I was confused and knew that they were wrong, so I took the shoes to 2nd Street on Melrose, and they bought them all. To sum up, don’t take your sneakers to this shop. Go to Melrose. The people is this shop don’t know shoes.

Cool selection of things but very pricey and don’t bother with bringing things in for cash they are the gamestop of buying used clothing they will offer incredibly low prices for 6 pairs of brand new nikes they offer $2-$4 a pair also don’t expect any serious offers for your hype clothing as well. It would be better to sell yourself.
