HelloI heard about Jessica and her education center through a friend who is the dealer association president. It was the best introduction. I attended the class and took the test. Months later I decided to take the state test due to being busy. I reached out to Jessica and she responded immediately even though 9 months past. I passed my state test in my first try. Jessica class, material support and willingness to help helped me so much. I recommend this center and Jessica to any one who is trying to become a car dealer in Southern California, she is after you well being and your success not after your money which is extremely rare.Thank you for your support, Jessica.

This class was excellent--where have you been all my life? Jessica was excellent, the best Ive experienced on a remotely class, and I couldnt imagine her doing a better job of seamlessly walking students through a breadth of information in a remote environment. She did a fabulous job pacing everything and addressing student questions. I am very impressed! I give her a 10+!

I have taken the training and became a successful dealership almost 3 years ago. The training was very good, and I have learned all the important basics. I took the class and did the test for certification same day on Thursday. I paid 50 dollar for expedited shipment to be able to get the certificate on Monday morning. But it is Monday 3 50 pm and still did not receive the certificate. I could not take the exam and had to postpone it. Dont wait for the last week like I did as you see they are no help even though I paid 50 dollars for shipment which is only 20 miles away. Find some other ones. Avoid

Garrett has helped me tremendously with teaching and setting up my dealership as well. I had a wonderful experience in my San Diego class with the instructor Garrett. My class was 10 people and there was great interaction and good discussion of real world examples of what to be prepared for when it comes to being a licensed Used Vehicle Dealer in California.The class covered all of the topics that were necessary for me to pass the California DMV test on the first try!!! Instructor was very well prepared, very professional and well versed and experienced in DMV Rules and Regulations. The hands on experience of assessing a vehicle and observing the proper setup of a licensed office location and lot was very helpful. I can’t say enough good things about Garrett and 24-7 Dealer Training Specialists. I plan on taking his class for my Continuing Education requirement as well.With the one year of additional support from 24-7, they are simply the best California DMV approved training class and instructor in the industry.Highly, highly recommended.Five Stars. Garret is a horrible instructor, on the training day he came an hour or two late, didn’t exactly explain everything, he sort of skimmed through it. Once we’re done he says he can do a discount for the live scan since he came late, he does it for $60, i later check with other services and find people that do it for as low as $30. Also he promised free consultation for a year, he stopped answering my questions less than a month after. Just a complete idiot who shouldn’t own a business

I have a background in dealing with cars, dealerships, for over 30 years. Garrett was very insightful and polite to take the time to answer questions from any and all of the students. The only concern that I have is that when you have a mixed crowd of men and women that the men should carry themselves with respect and keep personal gestures to themselves.
