A couple of my watches were damaged by another watch repair service so I brought them to 1st Choice for help. He was able to combine parts from 3 of my similar watches and create the working version I preferred. He is a miracle worker and the only one I will use for watch repair from now on. I highly recommend his services.

Thank you! Wonderful experience! I brought two of my sons watches here. One needed a battery, pretty simple and was done in a few minutes. The other needed a extra link. It’s an older watch and I had taken it to 4 other places that all said they couldn’t help. This place took their time and found a matching link! They treat everyone and their watches with such respect, so refreshing. Thank you.

Brought in my smart watch for a broken pin. He fixed it right then! He said $5. I had $2 and tried to give him my debit and he said no amd just took the $2. People like him are rare. What a gem of a human.

AL is an absolute professional!Wouldnt trust anyone else with my watches. He fixed my Rolex is 25 minutes when Tournau & Traditional Jewelers both had no idea what to do. Thanks again!

I should have wrote a review many yrs ago but after reading Als current reviews I thought I would share my experience. About 8yrs ago I found Als,s shop while on lunch and decided to have a battery changed in my watch. He was quick and efficient. I was impressed. I had just arted collecting antique clocks and was on a learning curve. My first purchase was a foreign made wall clock. When it was shipped the coil had unwound so I took it to AL. He explained to me about the poor quality of materials used to make that clock. I still wanted to save it since it was my first antique clock. He fixed the clock and I was able to help since his assistant was not there. He took the time to show me how a pendulum clock worked. It meant a lot that he was respectful and did not judge me on my lack of knowledge on the inner components of pendulum clocks.i feel that AL really enjoys working on time pieces and sharing his knowledge. Its refreshing to be treated as a friend rather than just a customer He inspired me and now I have 6 antique clocks from the late 1800s to early 1900s. They are of much better quality. I wanted to thank AL for his kindness and time to help inspire me to pursue my collection of antique clocks. By the way AL, I will be bringing them in soon to be cleaned and set....you are awesome...I know this happened yrs ago but it still sticks with me. You will not be disappointed in his service or knowledge and his pricing is very fair and cheaper than his competitors.

Al is the best!!! He is so kind, professional and caring. You can tell he loves his profession. I called him to see if I could stop by to replace a watch battery on a MIchele watch, he told me it would be quick and quick it was. His prices are reasonable and he is so customer service oriented, not to mention knowledgeable. I have used him in the past as well and was still satisfied. Please do yourself a favor, ask Al and let Al take care of your watch needs.

Great experience with Al, the owner. He told me they are third generation watch experts and gave me exceptional service. They even answered their phones before doors opened. The battery replacement required a little more labor than a standard watch, but Al got it done quickly and professionally. This will be the only place I come for watch repair from now on.

I needed a small piece of jewelry engraved. I arrived without an appointment. I met the owner, Al. He was very patient, professional, and service oriented. Al engraved it on the spot while I waited. It took some time to set up his precision engraving equipment. He let me observe his engraving process and use of his engraving technology/machines. Al, is a really interesting man once you get to chat with him. He has lived a lot of life and has that true entrepreneurial spirit and small town attention to service which is lost in todays modern society. He knows, enjoy, and lives his trade. He gave me exactly what I came in for, and with no wait. There was no, come back in three days. I got quality service, professional work, friendly treatment, from a great man.
