1+1 Technology has been out IT company for over 5 years now. It is extremely handy to have an in house help desk where they actually know your business and how your IT infrastructure is set up. Many of the other companies we have looked into have an outsourced help desk. 1+1 has been very responsive to our needs, fairly priced, and all of their team members seem genuinely interested in helping our company thrive in the digital age! They are truly a part of our business.

Since 2018, 1+1 Technology has provided consistent, timely, and highly responsive services to our company, even with a smile (in spite of challenges our team seems to consistently throw their way). Pricing is reasonable and more importantly, when we find any form of discrepancy, the 1+1 team is amazingly positive and understanding of our needs and concerns. The technicians are equally amazing and stay current as technology evolves. They go the extra mile when working directly with Microsoft to solve more complex issues and never launch us off to someone else. Its nice to know we have a 360 service provider. Thank you!

Working with the 1+1 team gives me the peace of mind I need to do what I do best--help clients with marketing activities and programs that increase their business. I leave the important IT and security programs to the 1+1 team and know I can trust them to take care of making everything run smoothly for us. I dont know what I would do without them. Joe and team are #1 for us.
