I recently placed an order with 1099 Pro, Inc. for my year end 1099 forms. I had an issue with this order and my call was answered by Jen Hayden who is one of their customer service representatives. She immediately, with her manager, began to solve my problem and within an hour my problem was resolved. I thoroughly appreciated Jens efforts and her managers help throughout the process and am a satisfied customer. Thank you Jen and 1099 Pro!

Jennifer was the customer service rep. that went above and beyond to help me and my company. She took the time to explain errors, researched the issues that we had on a massive correction upload. She was patient, kind and very through with instructions on how to correct our file feed. Highly recommend speaking with her! She turn my unpleasant experience into a positive one!

I’ve been filing 1099s for the past several years and nothing is simpler to use than 1099 Pro! With the IRS deadline change last year, 1099 Pro answered all of my questions even on the weekend of our most hectic month! The customer support is amazing, with real people walking me through all of my questions. Overall, great product and great service!

I’m new to this software and the tutorials are amazing, but I needed some extra help. 1099 Pro technical support was so amazing and knew what they were talking about that the process went by so quickly. They even offered that they have extended hours over the weekend for the month of January if I needed some more one on one help. Thank you 1099 Pro, keep doing what you’re doing!

This is my first time working with 1099s and I didnt really know where to start so I tried the 1099 Pro demo. The software is super simple to use, decided to pull the trigger on it. The best feature in my opinion is that all the IRS instructions are available within the software.

1099Pro makes the whole process so much easier than manually preparing and filing forms myself. I have been using them for several years now and will continue to do so in the future. Technical support is fantastic!

The software made filing a whole lot quicker than I was expecting and the (extremely patient) phone support staff walked me through the process when I ran into a bump in the road… on a Saturday no less! Hello World!I just wanted to give 1099 Pro a stellar review here for being so good to me over the past 3 years that Ive been using them.I just recently had a call with their Customer Service/Support team over some IRS corrections I was having trouble figuring out how to file properly and the experience was so good that I just had to praise them!They helped me get all my corrections filed properly and were very patient with me on the call.Kudos to you 1099 Pro! Thanks!Oh and i forgot to mention they were saying that they were going to have extra weekend support this year during busy season, so no one should worry about getting help. Just figured Id pass on the 1099 Pro tip!

Supervisor Michael Green was a fantastic help with us filling in the 1095C forms. He was always happy to help, knowledgeable about the forms and how to correct errors. He was patient and explained every step so we could do a accurate and complete filling. I highly recommend using this service company if you ever need to file a 1095 C.

I tried completing the FATCA file submission using the instructions provided in IRS publications and found it to be extremely complicated. I decided to look for software that could help me complete the process and came across the 1099Pro software. Within a few hours I downloaded the software, entered the necessary data and completed the submission. I wish I had come across the 1099Pro software sooner. I will be using it again next year.

Dont go anywhere else!!! These guys are the best. Taxes are already complicated as is, but mixing software into that equation can really be challenging for people. Luckily this company is what it is. They have REAL PEOPLE to talk to and help you through any problems you encounter. Of all the years I have tried to file my taxes, this company has finally made it stress free, easy, and most importantly, affordable. THANKS 1099PRO.

Two words, REAL PEOPLE! I was having some anxiety about using a new software, especially with this year’s early filing deadline and to my surprise and delight I got a hold of real people, in a timely fashion when I needed assistance! I even called in on a weekend before the 1/31 deadline and was assisted right away!In years past we have bought forms and paper filed on our own. Never again! Through their Service Bureau they helped me not only securely print and mail my forms but electronically file them as well! I cannot tell you what a pleasure it was to have such a stressful time of my work year turn out so well. Thank you 1099 Pro!
