Nearly seamless. Everyone on the team is efficient and effective. If things go wrong, they are remedied with haste and care. The people are better than the technology (I found their Portal to be confusing and counterintuitive.) Technology notwithstanding, I would leap to work with Plenti again.

Marcia and the 1031 Exchange Advantage team were tremendous in helping me complete my first 1031 exchange. The team was responsive on email and also made themselves available for phone calls whenever I felt that was necessary. Justin and Marcia provided excellent service for my 1031 exchange. In fact, Justin advised me to go for a reverse 1031 exchange since that would give me a greater time window to sell my older property. That turned out to be excellent advice especially in this uncertain economic environment where the interest rates have climbed up steadily. I was thus able to lock in lower interest rates for the purchase of my replacement property and had more time to fix, upgrade, list, and sell my old property. Along the way, Justin and Marcia were always one phone call or email away and promptly answered my questions and concerns. They have made the entire 1031 exchange process easy for their clients by generating client specific documents. Last but not the least, they provide a good value for money and their rates are very competitive. I would most definitely be coming back to them for any future 1031 needs.

Couldn’t have been more pleased with the level of service I received from 1031 Exchange Advantage/Sell Tax Free! David Greenberger and team came highly recommended and they did not disappoint!This was my first 1031 exchange and had many questions, especially as we got into the intricacies of the exchange. Absolutely THE BEST exchange company I have ever worked with. From start to finish their response time was quick and professional. I was initially hesitant since Plenti is on West Coast time and I was on East Coast but they never missed a beat. Even the tittle agency was impressed. Aaron Kancevicius was our representative and he went above and beyond.
