Quick sale in South Bay Area. Were sold! Irene Borz is a fantastic and professional Broker. If we could give more than five stars we would!This is the second home Irene has sold for us and, with both homes, Irene had us in contract within a week and well over asking price. We could not be happier with her service. She is extremely detailed-oriented, quick and efficient with her communication, knows the market inside and out, and always had our best interests in mind during the entire process. When it comes to thoughtful placement of decor and organization for showing, I spend a lot of time thinking it through, and Irene was STILL able to make some spot-on suggestions that proved to be sound advice! For the sale of our home, she also used high-end services like Aerial Canvas to photograph it and create our beautiful MLS. Without a doubt, we will utilize her again in the future and will not hesitate to refer family and friends.

Knowledgeable and professional. Irene did a thorough research of the area I was looking at, advising for or against particular properties. She guided me through the process, ordered inspections needed, worked with seller agent to get all the disclosures. It was great to have Irene as my agent!
