Our contractor, Issac, worked with us from having ideas of what we wanted to finding materials and finishes to the demo and the installation. We went online looking for a company that could provide us with a full master bath remodel. We found several, but 1 smart build stood out with multiple positive reviews and beautiful photos of completed work. We were a little skeptical at first since you cant be sure about website advertising. After scheduling an appointment and meeting with the rep. we felt more comfortable and confident. We remodeled our Master bathroom from floor to ceiling with new fixtures throughout. They followed through with everything that they promised and 1 smart build could not have done a more professional job. They completed the job on time and gave us the bathroom of our dreams. It wasnt the cheapest of remodels, but you get what you pay for and they gave us a result that exceeded our expectations. I would definitely use them again for additional work. Working with 1 Smart Build was a great decision and experience. We have been thinking about remodeling our kitchen for a few years now but have been hesitant as we wanted to save and do it exactly how we wanted instead of doing it with a different contractor at a lower price. We reached out to 1 Smart Build about 3 years ago, but we were not ready and did not feel comfortable spending yet. 3 years later we met with Tamir again and he came up with an even better vision for our kitchen. Tamir and Alex (our coordinator) were dedicated to our project. Throughout the entire process Isaac and Ben made it clear that their goal was for us to be happy not only with the final product, but with the process itself. Waiting a few years for this project made it that much better and we couldn’t be happier.

After our crazy winter of rains, this spring we discovered a widespread mold outbreak in our finished ADU forced essentially a total remodel. We reached out to a few companies for quotes to handle the reconstruction and decided to move forward with 1 Smart Build - the pricing was a bit higher than the competitors, but the timeline to complete the work was much quicker, which was important to us since we have a had a displaced tenant.Isaac was our superb project manager and was very clear and thorough throughout the entire process. He was incredibly responsive, available around the clock for any questions or concerns we had along the way. His team was also great and handled the flooring replacement, kitchen and bathroom remodel and installation of new gutters. They made improvements every step of the way to ensure we avoid another issue in the future, correcting any previous work that was done and working us to improve the space leaving it better than it was before.The team completed the work within only a few weeks and we’re very happy with the finished product. We were very happy with the work and professionalism of 1 smart build. Our project was to convert an unused large room into a master bedroom with a master bathroom. Work include wall removal, wall construction, plumbling, electrical, new flooring, cabinets and redesigning and installation of a window.Work was completed on time and the area was cleaned up and secured daily with minimum impact on the rest of the house.The city insptor was very impressed with the work done by 1SB and there were no problems with any inspections.I would with out any hesitation and will definitely recommend Isaac and the entire team of 1 smart build.

Our experience with 1 smart build was the best and most awesome experience we could have asked for. These guys finished everything- all-demo, cabinets, countertops, flooring, lighting-electrical, plumbing, appliances-installation and painting in 3 weeks how amazing is that!!! From the moment Isaac walked into our home we knew we were dealing with dedicated true professionals. Our story began with our messy, broken down, disheveled kitchen. I was always so embarrassed by our dated kitchen-We lived in our home for 23 years and we never got any updates in our kitchen. Our kitchen had the original cabinets and The only change was that the previous owners change the flooring 23 years ago which was horrible tile that was hard to keep clean. the lighting was so bad it was almost falling out of the ceiling. It was a mess. Needless to say we were in Desperate need for an update of our kitchen. When we decided to upgrade, I was looking for something more functional and modern for our new kitchen. We interviewed 5 contractor companies and 1 smart build was the best by far. They walked us through the remodel step by step asking us what we wanted and offering excellent suggestions. We got a complete overview of the project during our first meeting with Isaac plus a beautiful rendering of what the new updated kitchen would look like upon completion. Amazing how our kitchen looks just like the computer generated picture that Isaac presented to us on “day one”. We are so pleased that everything was done with such precision down to the smallest detail. We ran into a few small problems which Isaac had a solution for on the spot and quickly resolved with minimal to no additional cost. After Isaac resolved the structural problem, We gained more cabinet space and an inside cabinet space that is super aesthetically pleasing and usable. It’s a whole knew modern kitchen that I can’t wait to show to friends and family. I can’t thank all the crews and workers at 1 smart build enough for our wonderful new space. We loved everything that 1Smart Build did for us. It was our first remodel ever, so didn’t really know what we were looking for. We reached out for a quote and they immediately got us in touch with Isaac. From the start, Isaac was able to help us come up with a basic design and an estimate the same day. He showed us all the certifications and we felt comfortable enough to sign the same day. The designer came in about 2 days later and showed us an amazing rendering of our potential new kitchen. Isaac our general contractor was amazing, this construction company is the best in town. We just had 1 smart build handle the bulk of the work on our kitchen remodel and were very happy with them. They did all the demolition and prep work to get ready for the new cabinets - this included rebuilding a wall, building a pantry closet, re-routing a bunch of plumbing, and closing in the ceiling opening where the old fluorescents used to be. Once the cabinets and counter tops were in, they came back and painted, installed the backsplash, reinstalled all the appliances and put in the new plumbing fixtures.Their work teams were great and did quality of work exceeded our expectations. My hats off to 1 Smart Build. Our initial plan was to expand our house to add a new bathroom and laundry room but that plan to fell through do to the pandemic and higher cost of materials. Isaac from 1SB worked with us to do an entire rewire and repipe and adding ac to the house instead of the expansion. Isaac made us comfortable through out the entire process. Because of the rewire, we had several holes in every wall in the house so he would always check up on his guys during the entire project to make sure the project was running smoothly and promptly so that we could get back to normal as quickly as possible.With such a great experience working with 1SB, Isaac and Lee, Im excited to bring them back for more. 1SB are professional and honest folks who are straight forward with you. This was the best kitchen remodel from start to finish with Isaac and 1Smart Build. Isaac advised and supervised, was very responsive and patiently answered all my questions and explained problems that inevitably come up in a remodel. The price that was quoted was very fair, however I did have to completely upgrade my electrical panel that was unforeseen, adding to the cost. I was warned of this possibility during the initial estimate. No fault of Isaac The upgrade need was clearly explained before I authorized the additional work.Workers showed up everyday on time and worked through the day. They always left a clean job site at the end of the day. Also they were very polite and respectful of my home.Isaac was often there in the mornings to make sure the remodel plan was being followed. He showed up on time to all of our meetings. He made extra visits immediately when there were any problems or concerns and corrected the problems immediately. He called or texted promptly when I contacted him throughout the remodel. He listened to my concerns and made sure everything was done to my satisfaction. He didn’t nickel and dime me for small changes. He was extremely easy to work with. His taste and sense of current design trends were so helpful in picking out tile, backsplash, cabinets and countertops that transformed a very tiny dark, cramped and unworkable kitchen that is now so beautifully updated, open, airy and bright kitchen space. The quality of materials used were excellent.My kitchen is absolutely gorgeous and I couldn’t be more pleased.I hired Israel, a handiman from the business to put shelves in a closet, hang pictures, remove and replace mini blinds and some other small jobs not related to the kitchen remodel. His work was methodical and impeccably done. His rates were very reasonable. I would highly recommend Israel as well.Lee his office manager was always on top of things, friendly and professional. The business has a client portal that made payments a breeze. Payment schedule was clearly spelled out from the beginning. This helped me budget and finance appropriatelyCan’t say enough good words about this business and my remodeling experience. I would definitely hire Isaac back if I have any other remodeling needs.

Our experience with 1 smart build for my kitchen remodeling .It’s went much better than we ever dreamed it would! They was extremely knowledgeable and was able to answer our questions clearly and realistically. They were very helpful in what to expect with our choices and was great in step-by-step communication. They were very helpful and completed the job on time as agreed. The workmanship is great and as we can tell will meet our needs for a long time to come. I would definitely recommend their service !
