Chris is the best! He has helped me in purchasing two homes - as a first time home buyer then later selling and purchasing again. I cannot say how much his professionalism and guidance has made it the best experience when going through the stressful situation of finding and buying a home. Chris was very understanding with my list of gotta haves and provided great knowledge and feedback to help me make the best decision in my bids and where I wanted to purchase. He also was able to recommend a lender and trades when I wanted some additional work done. Your search for a real estate agent is over. I am the type of person that overthinks and overanalyzes everything, but using Chris as my real estate agent is something I am always sure of. Not only does he have extensive market knowledge, he genuinely cared about helping me find the right property. He was patient and reliable, always prepared to tackle any situation. He has helped me to purchase two properties, in addition to utilizing his property management expertise to help me through the process of leasing one of them. I could not have asked for a better partner in my home searching process. Before the search process began, Chris was attentive to understand my criteria and ideal home and during the search he was patient and absolutely answered any questions or concerns that I had. Unlike most of other realtor agents, he was not pushy and would let me decide if the home is right for me or not.Also he was great during escrow. I had complete faith and trust in him to represent me properly.I would definitely work with him again in future. :)

Christopher is the best! We met him by chance and have since sold two houses and bought two houses and a parcel of land with his help. Chris works hard to get the best deal and is trustworthy, honest and truly wants his clients to be happy. He isnt just interested in a sale, but in finding the right fit for his clients. Chriss clients are return customers and that is all that needs to be said, quite frankly.

Chris and his team helped navigate us through three real estate transactions (two purchases and one sale), we not only closed all three transactions swimmingly but we did so in the best possible position and most importantly with our sanity intact.From the get go we knew Chris was a great choice:Chris is equal parts real estate guru and data scientist. He got to know us first, then gave us daily revised listings based on our specific needs and made appointment after appointment to see every house we were interested in. From the first to the fiftieth appointment, Chris was with us guiding and advising us with the confidence and trust of someone who truly understands not only real estate conditions and economics trends but also the true needs of us as the customers as well. Chris Phipps did a GREAT job representing me in acquiring an investment property. There were some very unusual ‘curve balls’ to deal with and Chris handled them all well with constant communication and an appropriate amount of urgency. Chris helped me and my family members many real estate transactions. He is very honest and has never pressured clients to close deals. He would tell me to walk away if it is a bad deal. As a result, we always go back to him. Chris also gives rough renovation costs so that a client can come up a total cost before buying. He never missed appointments and always followed through. I am 100% happy with Chris!
