I really worried because it is the first time to using this company. They called me 30 minutes before to check the schedule. They removed all items which were filled in garage for moving within 2 hrs. at the reasonable price. They worked great and I definitely recommend to everyone who need service. It was great!!

We called Jason from 1-800-Got-Junk regarding a junk pick up from our shed and surrounding area in the yard. Jason was very professional and informative on the phone. We scheduled a pickup that same day and Jason and Mike arrived on time. They both were in uniform and were very friendly and helpful. They gave us an estimate which we agreed to and they were done within 30 minutes and did a great job. We will definitely use there services again if needed and we highly recommend them.

Highly recommend 1-800 Got Junk! Really fast and amazing customer service! I called yesterday and the lady on the phone said they could come out to my home as early as today at noon. I have a new dresser coming in on Monday, so the earlier, the better. Shout out to Grant and Ashley for removing my childhood dresser.I gave them a generous tip because carrying that old thing downstairs is not easy. Luckily this wasnt an issue as I was ready, but if I wasnt, that could have beena real issue. Again, thats probably the companies issue, and not the teams.

I am taking 1 star off honestly because it was well more than I expected to pay for a single couch to be hauled away.
