I drove in from SF to have a Milltek cat-back exhaust installed on my 23 S3. Sandeep and Anthony were knowledgeable and professional and the team did great work. My S3 is finally alive!! Ill definitely be back for my 5k oil changes. If I didnt have Audi Care, this would be my primary shop for all routine maintenance, which says a lot!

Great service. I’ve had a few things installed on my car through 034 and each time it was an easy process. They even did a complementary inspection and found several things that were completely overlooked by a Volkswagen service department. These guys are thorough and know what they’re doing. They also have a good YouTube channel if you’re interested in learning more about various performance upgrades for your Audi/VW

Out of all the service and repair shops Ive ever taken my vehicles to, this one is at the top in professionalism and transparency. Communication, once established is great. I love the detailed pictures of the jobs and repairs. Audi does this but a little less extensive. I wish the shop was a little closer but will continue to make the drive as needed for performance upgrades and speciality repairs. Well done!

Tuned my 23’ S5 Sportback using the 034’s Bluetooth dongle and the 034 app on my iPhone. 034 Stage 1 tune seriously brings the engine to life, simply amazing. I have never flashed a tune myself but this was super easy and customer service is fantastic as well. I’ve owned and had other Audi’s tuned with other companies but 034 is definitely the best in my opinion.

First off I want to thank Scott Jacobsen from 034. He really went the distance and came through with professionalism to help me with my issue. I purchase some parts from 034 last year and had some issues with them this year. I went to the supplier I originally purchased them from to inquire about warranty replacements. I went back and fourth with the supplier for almost 2 months trying to get some help with my issues and they really just didn’t help with the situation at all. So I took matters into my own hands and went straight to the manufacturer and was contacted by Scott. I gave him all the information he needed to assist me and within a few days he had my problems resolved and new parts shipped to me directly. So again thank you to Scott and his team for everything. I will continue to use their parts for my vehicles and will continue to recommend them to others.

The team, contact person, Anthony was awesome and attentive with follow through so I didn’t have to worry about the status or communicating with insurance. They also did a very thorough assessment on what was wrong and shared all necessary documentation with insurance to get the car fixed. I got the car back and it’s driving like there was no accident. I’m so thankful!

Great service staff. Anthony and Sandeep are great guys upfront and well knowledgeable with their products they have to offer. Anthony was able to squeeze me in short notice which worked out and was able to work out of their lobby for the rest of the day while car was getting a suspension overhaul. I told them if they aren’t able to complete by end of day that there was no rush since this isn’t my primary vehicle and to take their time. I was able to pick it up next day after work and what a big difference! Huge shout-out to the service department and techs! Can’t wait to recoup some money and take it back for stage 2+ power mods lol.

Recently had my 2018 Audi A3 Quattro serviced here based on online reviews. I live in Chico and it was worth the drive to Fremont for their expertise.I had Intake Carbon Cleaning, replaced front and rear shocks, replaced front and rear brake rotors/pads, replaced new tires, full alignment and they replaced the water pump/thermostat due to a slight leak they discovered.Anthony the service advisor was top notch with his communication and updates. Even arranged for a mobile wash and detail. The technician Mike was thorough, skilled and provided excellent detailed pictures before and after his work.This was all done after hours while I dropped the car off and picked it up a few days later. Can’t say enough good things about my experience at ZTF Automotive.

Then if you want to warranty them they will “Fire you as a customer” but not let you know that, they just ignore your emails so they don’t have to help you! They refuse to take responsibility! Great Service and Great Communication!I finally got around to bringing out my old B7 A4 2.0T of its resting place in my yard and decided to get it running again, had an underboost issue that I couldnt find and some jobs that I couldnt do, so I took my car to 034Motorsport in Fremont.They found out the problem pretty quickly, contacted me immediately to sort out what I wanted to do, and now the car is running great!Will definitely be taking it back if/when it needs more work or just for a general service.

I’ve had a pretty short but very busy relationship with 034MotorSport over the last 2 years. I had owned my 2018 B9 Audi S4 for about a year but ultimately got tired of driving it stock, it seemed like Audi was extremely conservative with the tuning of the car and I started looking for different solutions to wake up the car a bit. Sandeep (then at the San Jose location) was the service tech that helped me with most of the “stage 1” parts that went on the car, he took the time to explain what he recommended and how the parts work in conjunction with each other to increase performance. The difference between the stock version of the car vs stage 1 was insane, this is how Audi should have released the car from the factory and 034 did an awesome job unlocking the performance, all while maintaining 100% of the comfort and reliability that people love about Audi!Fast forward a few months and after having various issues with my local Audi dealer we made the decision to go stage 3 with an upgraded turbo and all that fun stuff. At this point I was daily driving the car 70 miles a day on E85, what an absolute monster. If you ever have the opportunity to check out a stage 3 B9 S4 that is loaded up with 034 parts, do not miss the chance, you will not be disappointed!Part 3 of the story, tragedy. I was involved in an accident where I was hit head on by an out of control driver, my car was totaled. My S4 didn’t even make it to its first oil change with the upgraded turbo and all the other stage 3 stuff, I was pretty devastated! Once a replacement car was found Sandeep worked quickly to source all the parts we needed and get this new car back to stage 3. Now I am once again daily driving my 2021 S4 about 70 miles each day, puts a smile on my face every time!After putting almost every single part that 034 has available on two different cars I feel like I have a pretty good idea of the quality of the parts, as well as the service that 034 provides. There isn’t a single part of theirs on my car that I regret having installed, everything seems to do exactly what it was designed to do and doesn’t take away from the comfort or usability of the car. If you have an Audi that you’re looking to modify (especially an S4) then you definitely need to check these guys out.Huge shoutout to my Service Advisor Sandeep, Anthony, Sonu, and Kevin. I know there’s a ton of other people at the Fremont location but these guys were all a big help with getting this beast of a car on the road and running exactly as it should. Cheers!

034motorsport installed their solid rear sway bar and rear subframe reinforcement kit on my Audi B5 S4. My car was already riding on adjustable coilovers front and rear, but the new rear sway bar + subframe reinforcement definitely made a big difference. The car feels much more firmly planted and nimble when cornering now. So these products really work.The service advisor was super friendly and nice. I felt comfortable waiting in their waiting room. No complaint about the techician that worked on my car, the job was done right. They even gave a once over of the car’s general condition and provided advice on what to look for.All in all, 034motorsport is a shop for Audi and Volkswagen driving enthusiasts, with a large catalog of performance upgrade parts, many developed in-house by talented engineers, with lots of testing to provide high quality results. They also provide excellent general service/repair too.

With owning an Audi and working at an Automotive Facility, it’s great to have products like theirs available. Bradd and James seem to be the two I’m most in contact with and both have been amazing. The assortment of quality products throughout their entire catalogue is pretty impressive and I think you really do get quite a bit for the price. I recently tuned my 3.0T with a stage two single pulley tune paired with the ZF8 tcu tune. Really enjoying both files as the added power along with a remapped transmission brings the SQ5 to life.Edit: Installed the dynamic+ lowering springs along with adjustable upper arms and a rear sway bar. The SQ handles much better and I’m actually confident in the turns.

I am so incredibly impressed by this company! I’ve been a car enthusiast for some time now and I like to perform extensive homework before pulling the trigger on many of the mods I do. That said-I own a 2018 Audi S5 Sportback and I was in the market for a tune. I looked into APR, Unitronic, Integrated Engineering, and 034. I decided to go with 034 (for so many reasons) and purchased a tune from them a couple months back and my experience has been nothing short of amazing. Their service is top notch, the quality is unbeatable, and their prices are more than fair, especially for what you get! Now I find they go in their existing tunes and revise those tunes to make them even better than previous versions. Who does that? Nobody does that- except 034 that is! They even host podcasts and educate their followers. You can tell they care all around and I just couldn’t be a bigger fan. They absolutely have a customer for life in me.

Superb communication and on time repair. Really happy with the experience. Between Anthony, Sonu, and Madyson, I was able to get my repair quickly priced out, and scheduled, and they were very accommodating when I had to change my plans a few times. I also really like that I could coordinate via text/email instead of having to do a phone call each time. It’s time consuming enough to have to deal with a car repair, so being able to do all the back and forth without chasing down a mechanic is something I really appreciate. Plus, 034 motor sports manufactures great quality after market parts, so it’s nice to have the service and manufacturer all through one location. I recently had my first interaction with 034 Motorsport after an email I sent with a few questions about the Dynamic + End User Flashing Kit. They returned my email precisely 8 minutes later saying they knew the exact answers to my questions and asked if I was open to a quick phone call. I talked to James that very same night and he answered every question I had and then some. Customer service like this is so rare. These are absolutely the kind of people you want to do business with. My first trip to 034 was way back in May 2018 to get an AWE exhaust and their 034 Drivetrain Mount Insert package installed on my B8.5 S4.Since then Ive gone Stage II, gotten my suspension completely redone and bolted just about everything branded with 034 on my car.Jamil and the guys are the truth! Theyre very passionate about what they do and thats reflected in their professionalism and seemingly endless knowledge of everything VW/Audi. Its also reflected in the absolute monsters of project cars they have parked around.Im definitely the kind of person who likes to go back and forth on mods, and do everything piece-by-piece. Theyre always willing to provide great advice and guidance with regards to what to do next, without pressuring you into anything.In addition to all of that:-the shop is always clean and organized;-Ive always been given exceptional rates on parts and labor;-they treat every car that rolls through the shop as if its their own;-the shop is conveniently located with a parking lot thats easy to get in and out of with a lowered car; and-theyre also masters of social distancing and even raised money to manufacture PPE for folksIve been doing business with these guys for a couple years now and that isnt changing anytime soon. One of the best VW/Audi specialty shops in the bay area. I have a 2020 GTI and they not only made the changes I came for but also had great recommendations of other improvements I could make to my car. They constantly had employees out working in and around the building and that allowed me to ask all the questions I may have had. 100% recommend this if you have a VW/Audi that you plan to mod at all, or if you just want to do a track day. They do pre-track inspections, which I plan to use in the future. 10/10 recommend 034 Motorsports!

I would strongly suggest you to have a back end team that can handle calls email and track orders over minimum $3000 dollarsI have order a whopping $8000 dollars plus $170 for FedEx shipping. I have received my turbo upgrades and it’s great that I got it within a week.But hey I haven’t received rest of my parts.I am a tunnel and traveler and I don’t have an option of changing my delivery address or notify my availability on product collection.I feel really sad on business point of few for 034 motorsports.

Good Products, but I had an issue with order fulfillment. They have moved to an email only customer service model...... I emailed twice, never heard back. just an update of another shipment. Hopefully they get the shipment right this time. I asked if we can expedite the shipping given it took 6 days (Once shipped) to arrive the first time. They did not.My suggestion would be to hope that your order is correct, and dont expect to have any assistance if it isnt. I think they may not focus their business on the general consumer and maybe focus on motorsports teams, fulfilling their orders, and providing customer service to them. Communication is terrible during a return. Finally, after many emails for a returned item I had to email other departments to actually get a reply. According to their return policy I should have my refund in 5 business days. They received the return on June 30, its now July 17 and still nothing! I got my 40k service done on my Jetta GLI at 034’s Fremont location and I have nothing but positive things to say. The appointment process was simple, Anthony was superb at outlining the costs for everything and was friendly/helpful throughout the process (and the invoice system is super detailed while still being easy to use).The work itself was done splendidly, car is running perfectly. One highlight- images and descriptions of the work were taken and attached to the receipt for every single service item done to the car, which is hugely appreciated! Additionally, they also did a comprehensive inspection and let me know that my rear tires are in need of replacement and that the rear brake pads are at about the halfway wear point, so I know I’ll need to schedule that out at some point.I’m a bit neurotic about handing my car off to just anyone for maintenance, as I used to work on my own cars up until this one, but I would EASILY hand my car off to 034 any day for any maintenance or performance tuning work!

Only go to these guys. Theyre experts who quickly figure out whats wrong and fix it. Theyre straight forward and honest. Exactly what you want in a mechanic when youre far from one. They dont mess around, tell you other things need to be fixed (when they dont), and overcharge you. So grateful to have found them after multiple dealerships and a couple other Audi mechanics whod give me the run around or want to overcharge me. 034 is our *Go To* shop for everything Audi. We recently had.a situation with our 2012 A7 where it would not pass smog and was throwing very odd codes. They were able to diagnose the problem quickly and get the repair done to put the car back on the road and avoid early retirement... this car has over 215K miles and theyve been maintaining it since 100K when the factory extended warranty expired. I would give this 0 stars if I could because of how slow and unenthused the customer service is. They do not take phone calls and have a Email based customer service. However they say if you wright urgent in the email request they will get you faster as well as you can request to have a phone call scheduled but when asked I got no response and just got another email. when also asked to talk to a supervisor I just got a different customer service employee who also didnt respond for 10 days.I would also like to give a special thanks to Mark Redfield for giving me one response to the email request then never responding again.I would also like to mention Alex Riedel for when asked to schedule a phone call just ignored it and continued on email and then proceeded to not respond to me for 10 days after saying my product would be shipped the next day and I should see the refund soon.Over all I will not be buying from this company again purely on there lack of care for customer service.

Recently purchased the Carbon Fiber intake for my B9 SQ5. I’ll be honest, I paid for overnight shipping because I really wanted to have it for the weekend. First off, let me say that 034 makes great products! Second, the intake was very very easy to install myself. Their website has a quick How-To for installing the intake and they also tell you the required tools needed. Their How-To laid out the installation process so clearly. I believe their site says it takes roughly 1 hour to install but I was honestly able to do it in 30 minutes. Let me just say, this intake was worth every penny and compliments my ECU and TCU tune that I currently have done. Fuel economy in theory should rise a little when adding a new intake but unfortunately my fuel economy has gone down BUT that’s only because I still can’t get over how awesome the whistling is with the turbo. Needless to say, I’ve been driving a little faster the past few days but damn does it put a smile on my face!!! YOU WILL REGRET NOT BUYING THIS PRODUCT!

TERRIBLE customer service. Ordered parts a month ago and still have zero response from this company as to the status. They input my address wrong so it was sent back to them, and that was three weeks ago. They spam the internet and social media with ads but have not only disconnected their phones and gone to email only, but they have the you know what to actually write in their email response that if you send them multiple emails then you are going to the bottom of the pile. Maybe you should treat your customers with respect and if you are going to go email only for service then actually get back to people and stop advertising since you are incapable of mailing anything which an 8 year old can do. The moment I reached out to Jamil at 034Motorsport was the the best decision for my car and my life. He was very patient as we communicated back and forth for weeks, reassuring me the services they provide would be top notch. I finally took time off work to drive 2 hours to their shop to get my KW HAS installed. He delivered the car on time as promised and he even threw in a transmission mount for free. After the install, he informed me that the rear would drop a bit more as they need time to settle but 2-3 weeks went by without any changes. I emailed him back to resolve the issue. He was a true CHAMP about the situation and offered to lower the rear and realign the car at no additional cost! I am really blown away by his professionalism, communication skills, and mostly his word which is hard to find nowadays in the car industry. My problem and the one star is based off a shipping issue and the lack of urgency in which 034’s .com has responded or resolved this issue. My products shipped on 12/28 from Anaheim California and were expected to be delivered on 1/2. I received an email from fedex stating that my delivery was going to be held up by weather- not a big issue and eventually on 1/6 I received an update saying that my package was delivered. When I got home I didn’t have a package delivered. After looking into my delivery confirmation it showed my package was signed for and delivered. Further investigation showed that my package spent its days driving around Anaheim and was delivered in Anaheim… I live in Idaho… I reached out to the company and after 7 days I received an email back as you can’t find a number to talk to a live person. The 034 representative said it appeared that it went back to their warehouse and they would be I touch as soon as they could. 5 days later the representative reached out. To say the package indeed was shipped back to their warehouse. Also that it should be shipped out again on Monday and that they would reach out with a new tracking number. It’s 6pm on said Monday and I still haven’t heard from them…. You could say I’m frustrated with the ordeal and I still don’t have the products I’ve ordered…. 👍

So I have a 2008 VW mk5 R32 that needed replacement parts and service. Finding a reliable mechanic for this car has been more than challenging.After getting ripped off from two other “mechanics” that are now out of business, I decided I needed to drive a bit further to get some quality service.Searching for a VW specialist I came across 034 Motorsport mentioned in various VW forums online. After a quick search I realized they’re 25min away from me.A quick Google will reveal they sell quite a few aftermarket parts for various German cars. But they also have a service department.When you pull up you know you’re in the right place when you see lots of other customers German vehicles filling the parking lot.You can tell right away these guys love their job. Very thorough and reassuring on what work needs to be done.They were able to do a full inspection in about a day. Very quick. I got an estimate through text that brings me to a updated list of approved expenses. Very convenient!I got a full page worth of work done. Nothing major except the thermostat. Bushings, fluids changed, tires, and a sway bar upgrade for the rear.Everything finished in a timely manner with consistent updates on any potential issues. Never felt pressured to purchase anything unnecessary. Only suggestions and when to get certain work done.More than fair price for the work done! Car feels better than even when I first bought it second hand. Hard to believe considering it has double the miles now at 150k!Jamil was our service rep and he was very helpful all the way through the service process. The tune so far is good. I only gave 3 stars because of the customer service. I drove 6 hrs to them to get there at opening time and wasnt told I couldnt wait there because of covid until I got rhere. I walked a little over a mile to a starbucks to wait about 4hrs which was the estimated time for the tune install. I called at the 4hrs and got told the tech was at lunch. I had also emailed them prior but no reaponse. I got a call back shortly that the car was ready which means the car was ready prior but no one followed up to let me know. It wouldve been nice to get it back earlier so I could beat rush hour traffic on the 6hr drive back home. Overall I felt really disconnected with them and had similiar issues with the company before. I stay in California and they are in Cali also so I try to support Cali business as much as possible but things just feel really robotic with them sometimes. I still like the company because of there involvement in Motorsports. Hopefully things will get better going forward.

I had some Carbon Cleaning done the first time ever for my 2012 Golf R @ around 124,000 miles. Shes now running smoother than before. I also notice some regained power and slightly better pick up on the throttle. Definately a must do for Direct injected vehicles. 034 did it right. They even showed me before and after pictures. Where to begin...Contacted 034Motorsport as I needed KW V2 Coilovers Installed on my Audi SQ5. Spoke to Jamil (Service Sales) over email who spoke to me about the process and everything that was entailed regarding the suspension upgrade. I felt very confident, after this exchange, that 034 was the shop where I wanted my install done.I setup the appointment and came in to drop my SQ5 off with Jamil. We walked outside to the car, he asked me specific questions about how I wanted the drop to look, what I wanted out of the ride quality etc. I was impressed by this as he really showed that he cared on how my vehicle was going to perform and that he wanted to make sure 034 met my expectations. Again, made me even more confident that I chose the correct ship.I waited for my install in their lobby, which had some comfortable couches where I could sit with my laptop and continue to conduct business.When it was complete they handed it over and I took it out and the suspension was just wow! And even better was the look. :)I was so happy with the work I scheduled to come in to do some other mods, Stage 1 Tune, transmission mounts, and xbrace install.Again amazing service and amazing crew working here. After doing extensive research on where I wanted to take my 2016 S3 to go to stage 2 I ended up landing on 034 Motorsport. I did so for a few reasons. They had great reviews on yelp and google, and everything I read on various forums was positive. Various videos Id seen on YouTube and other platforms were all very positive. They manufacturer and test just about all their parts. Finally, they are local for me. I called them and Jamil and Aaron were extremely helpful. There was a back ordered on the downpipe and they kept me well informed on when they were expected to be in. I ended up going to stage 2 with a downpipe, intake, and intercooler. I also had the front grille changed out for an RS3 style honeycomb grille, added a black trunk spoiler, and a front lip splitter. The car is completely transformed both in the way in looks and the power that it makes. I knew it would be a big power gain, but I couldnt image how massive of a difference it would make until I drove it off the lot. Its a night and day difference, and I will definitely be going back to them for future service and/or more mods to the car.

I’ve been trying to return my clutch and flywheel for the past month after waiting a month for the wrong clutch and flywheel to come in for my build. After trying to email 2 separate people hoping to get a response faster than every other week, and don’t bother to call because it goes straight to voicemail no matter when you try to call. Went to 034 for some rotors and pads for my B8.5 S4 back in early 2014. I immediately knew this was going to be the indie-shop / tuner that would help me make my vision a reality.Weve done a Brembo BBK, Stage 1 Tune, and a TCU tune. We have a few parts that will be installed. For 2 years, these guys have been awesome. Ive met more of the reps and managers and every single one of them has been great.I trust them implicitly with my car. I trust their advice when it comes to getting the best value and performance for mods. As long as I have an Audi / VW and live in Nor Cal, Ill be an 034 customer!!!

Absolutely the worst customer service ive ever experienced, i had placed an order for 2 items, paid for shipping, only to receive 1 of the 2 items i placed an order for.I sent them an email explaining what had occurred and did not hear back for 3-4 days, then i finally got a response saying they will look into it. Another 3-4 days go by without me hearing from them, so i sent another email and got a response a few days later saying thell get me in touch with someone who will help me and you guessed it, no one actually reached out to me, so i sent another email and received a response fast this time which i was surprised by and was told id be getting the refund in 1-2 business days.one week goes by, still no refund, no updates, nothing.At this point i open a dispute with paypal to get my money back, and about 15 minutes after submitting the claim i get a phone call from them asking me to close the dispute and only then would my refund be processed.This was the first time and will be the very last time i purchase anything from them, absolutely the worst customer service ever, dont expect any help in case you run into an issue with your order after receiving it.Dealt with Chris Murphy

034 Motor Sport installed a coilover suspension system (ST model X) on my 2017 Audi A3 Premium Sedan. I received a list of referrals from a good friend and 034 was one of the (approximately 10) referred shops. After receiving quotes and lists of to-be-performed steps from each of the shops (as well as some not on my friend’s list), I chose 034 Motor Sport. I did not choose 034 for the quoted price of the job, but for the number of services that they provide with the installation of the coilover system (they include wheel alignment - both at the time of the install AND a follow-up alignment after the suspension had settled, as well as headlight adjustment and ride height to my spec). Also key in my decision was the amount of time quoted for the work. While some shops quoted a week for the job, 034 quoted “next day.” I dropped my car off at 8am and picked it up that same evening at 6pm - actually, I didn’t get there until nearly 6:30 and they were extremely accommodating.I cannot say enough about how professional, friendly and helpful these guys were - and continue to be… I am 100% satisfied with the work they have done snd would absolutely recommend 034 Motor Sport.

Just be sure to call ahead if you need parts in a hurry. I was accused of not calling before I placed an order online, thus resulting in them charging my card for an item that showed in-stock on their website. Most reputable companies (ECSTUNING) mark their items that are back ordered so we know before we place an order online. (Reason for 2 stars instead of 1) Samuel was somewhat helpful in offering alternative options, but ended the conversation with, well cancel your order and itll take up to 16days for a refund to process. Ridiculous. I will update my review once my refund processes to keep future buyers updated. In no way is this meant to bash this company as some people have had great experiences, however mine was not.

I cant say enough good things about 034! I first went to 034 back in 2015 or 16 with my Mk5 GTI because I had heard such good things about the shop. While I didnt return for another 2 years (after selling the GTI), those good things that I had heard and experienced still stand true.Each time I go to 034 I am met with an unrivaled customer service experience. Work that is/has been performed is thoroughly explained and gone over with me. I have never felt pressured into anything, and my questions about items that I have been unsure of are always answered by extremely knowledgable professionals.I now have a Mk7 GTI that has been fitted with almost every part 034 makes for the platform, as well as a slew of other aftermarket performance parts, and an 034 Stage 2 Tune. 034 performed the entire build on my car, and since, I have not had a single issue with any part that has been installed. I can attest that their house brand 034 Motorsport parts stand up to daily abuse, and allow for many more smiles in my car! The process of researching parts and building a quote was handled excellently by Adil and Jamil! Adil and Greg were especially helpful in building the car, as both did (and continue to do) an excellent job in their own respect!Since the car was built, I have chosen 034 and their techs as the only people to work on the car. I will return here for any and all work that is needed. It is a long drive for me, but it is always worth it. I highly recommend that all VW/Audi owners and enthusiasts check out 034 Motorsport!

From their parts to their customer service, I would highly recommend going with 034Motorsport.I have a Mk4 VR6 GTI that Ive taken to them since I purchased it and theyve helped me out so many times. Theyre always friendly and helpful, and will answer any and all of your questions.Not to mention their parts; my car is currently equipped with 034 trans/motor mount kit, dog bone, and adjustable end links, and theyve made my car feel amazing. Grounded, stiff (in the best way possible), and confident. My first time at 034 Motorsports today for a Stage 2 tune, and rear sway bar on my 2014 Audi S5.I could not be happier!!! Work was done in a timely fashion, nothing left loose, or missing, and the performance boost had me laughing like a kid all the way home, and I`m 66.Service manager Jamil Mohammed was first class, walking me thru was to be be done to my S5, and I was more than happy to give him my credit card for what 034 Motorsport did for my S5.Did I mention I was laughing all the way home jamming the throttle to the floor. 6 days and no tracking info yet.....I ordered billet subframe bushings with only 1 left in stock according to the website. The only info Ive received from James Olsen is that the order is still being pulled in fulfilment. Im dissapointed, I hoped for the item to be shipped or atleast be ready for shipping by now, and so far thats not the case. Will update my review when i get the tracking but as of now Im not content.

I would give them no stars if I could. I purchased a Breather hose kit for my VW Jetta. I was told by 034Motorsports that the kit would eliminate redundant other hoses on my vehicle. Well, It did but it also triggered a (CEL) Check Engine Light with the code #(P0507) which indicates a vacuum leak.When I tried to get help from them about how to fix this problem I could not get anyone on the phone to help me. I was put on hold and transferred to an answering machine. I tried through email to get help and it took 3 days for someone to respond with no help whatsoever. After 034motorsports did not help me I requested a refund and asked for instructions to return the kit. I requested by mail and also by phone. These people have refused to even call or email me back. I am forced to contact my credit card company to help me with the refund. These people are not to be associated with. They will not stand behind their products or give any help if there is a problem. Beware of this company.Follow up to this review: The CEO of 034motorsports was finally made aware of my situation and was very concerned about what happened and issued me a full refund.

Horrible costumer service ever!!!I pleased an order on the 11-19-2018 because psv valve went bad on my car. Their website says thay have the part in stock (plate for cach can) i order it. 4 days after they dont ship the order yet and i had to solve my problem. I try to cancel the order on the 11-23-2018 and ordered from other seller. I didnt get any cancel confirmation. On the 11-26-2018 i got an email that the order was shipped. How? If i cancel the order, then i try to email but no answer, then i call them no answer. On the 11-27-2018 i got an email with a RMA number and status of awaiting for refunds processing. Today 12-13-2018 im still waiting for my refund or someone to respond what is going on.I had to open a case on PayPal. After 2 months i got my refund. They never answered to the case. PayPal made my refund.

I have a mk4 r32. Long story short...Jamil and the main tech dude went out of thyre way when I couldnt get 1of theyre products fitted right. The Transmission mount insert for c7 a6 is a failure. After a few months the oem bushing was making a craking noise when accelerating.Took the mount insert off, noise went away. I tried to get in touch with 034 to get a refund, no communication.
